Hernandez is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Padres.

Hernandez sits for just the second time in the last 15 games. After starting the season hitting .316/.403/.596 over his first 17 games, he's slumped to a .163/.236/.313 line over the last 24. Chris Taylor gets the start at second base.

Urias went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk for Triple-A El Paso on Monday.

Urias can't stop mashing homers for the Chihuahuas, as he's now left the yard four times since Friday to give him 11 long balls in just 23 Triple-A games this season. The recent tear leaves him a .354 batting average and a ridiculous 1.269 OPS over 109 at-bats in the PCL. Urias was just 2-for-24 in his brief spell in the big leagues earlier this season, but he's doing his level best to show the Padres he deserves another look, and they could feel compelled to give him one soon with Ian Kinsler still scuffling to the tune of a .177 batting average.

Rodgers went 4-for-5 with a pair of homers, two RBI and three runs for Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.

The Rockies were dealt a scare Saturday when their top prospect was hit in the helmet by a pitch, but he seems to be just fine after exploding Monday for this two-homer performance. Rodgers has been absolutely mashing Triple-A pitching this season, as this brings his slash line to .346/.415/.638 with nine homers and 20 RBI in 147 plate appearances. With numbers like that, Colorado will have a hard time leaving him in the minors much longer.

Elmore had his contract selected from Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday, John Perrotto of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.

Elmore has been tearing the cover off the ball at Triple-A, slashing .380/.444/.546 with two homers and 16 RBI over 31 games, so he'll get a chance in the major leagues. The Pirates shifted Jameson Taillon to the 60-day injured list and moved Jung Ho Kang (side) to the 10-day injured list to make room for Elmore.

Frazier delivered a pinch-hit, two-run double in a 10-6 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.

The second baseman seems to be slowly breaking out of his slump. He's hitting .277 in 36 at-bats since May 3 and has four extra-base hits in his last 27 plate appearances. Frazier collected only six extra-base knocks in his first 120 plate appearances.

Albies will start at second base and bat cleanup Sunday against the Diamondbacks, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Prior to the weekend, Albies had been deployed as the Braves' leadoff man in every start he had made dating back to April 13. Though he began that stretch with three straight multi-hit performances, an extended swoon to begin May dropped his on-base percentage to .329 for the season heading into Friday. Manager Brian Snitker has since turned the table-setting role over to Ronald Acuna, while Albies hit sixth in the first two games of the series. Albies will move up to the cleanup spot in the series finale, but that assignment is merely the result of Freddie Freeman being scratched from the lineup with a head cold.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Even with the Cardinals bringing right-hander Dakota Hudson to the hill in the series finale, the lefty-swinging Frazier will head to the bench for the second time in five games. Manager Clint Hurdle may just have wanted to give Kevin Newman another start in the middle infield with Newman wielding a hot bat over a limited sample of at-bats since returning from the 10-day injured list May 4. Struggling shortstop Cole Tucker would probably be more at risk of losing his everyday gig than Frazier in the event the Pirates decide to make room in the lineup for Newman on a more permanent basis.

Frazier went 1-for-4 with a leadoff home run in Friday's 2-1 win over the Cardinals.

The blast was just his second homer of the year. Frazier has been running hot or cold so far -- he was hitting .304 on April 12 before going 10-for-47 (.213) to close out the month, but he's now rebounded with a seven-game hitting streak. The cumulative result is a tepid .258/.321/.367 slash line, but the 27-year-old will retain some deep-league fantasy value as long as he's hitting at the top of the order for the Bucs.

McNeil went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two runs scored Friday against the Marlins.

McNeil extended New York's lead to eight in the third inning with a solo blast to right field, his second long ball of the season. The 27-year-old is slashing .363/.445/.504 with 14 extra-base hits and 14 RBI over 37 contests this season, and he's currently riding a six-game hitting streak.

Rosario went 1-for-4 with a grand slam and a walk in Friday's victory over the Marlins.

Rosario smashed a homer with the bases loaded in the bottom of the first inning, propelling the Mets to an early 7-0 lead. The 23-year-old shortstop has been heating up at the dish over his last few contests, and he now owns a six-game hitting streak. He's 9-for-25 with four extra-base hits and seven RBI over that stretch.
