X-rays to on Biggio's right hand came back negative Thursday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.careports.

Biggio exited Thursday's game in the seventh inning after taking a line drive off of his hand. It appears he dodged anything significant, though he may have aggravated a similar injury he was dealing with toward the end of spring training. Biggio will have an immediately opportunity to return to the lineup, as the Blue Jays will take on the Royals for the next game of their series on Friday.

Biggio was hit on the hand by a line drive in the third inning, the cause of the injury according to Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca. It's possible that play aggravated a finger injury that he dealt with late in spring training, though he is undergoing further evaluation Thursday night, which should provide more clarity. Joe Panik filled in at third base in Biggio's absence and would likely see an uptick in playing time if Biggio remained sidelined.

Lux was scratched from Thursday's lineup with right wrist soreness, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

There was originally no reason attached to Lux's removal from the lineup. It's unclear whether the injury will keep him out beyond Thursday's contest, but he'll have a chance to make a quick return to the field Friday as the Dodgers begin a series in San Diego.

Lux was scratched from Thursday's lineup against the Rockies, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Lux was in the original lineup, and it's not clear what caused the change. As a result of his absence, Max Muncy shifts to second base with Edwin Rios drawing the start at first base.

Arraez went 4-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored during Thursday's win over the Red Sox.

After going 0-for-10 in the last three games, Arraez more than made up for his drought with a four-hit game against Boston. The 24-year-old racked up four singles, with his base knock in the second inning driving home two runs. Across 43 plate appearances this season, Arraez is batting a sturdy .326/.412/.419 with one home run and eight RBI.

Rodgers (hamstring) has been taking batting practice and playing the field recently, Danielle Allentuck of The Denver Gazette reports.

Rodgers joined the Rockies for their current road trip in Los Angeles, and he still appears to be on the right track in his recovery. Manager Bud Black said that Rodgers will be sent to the team's alternate training site to take live at-bats once he's closer to a return. While the 24-year-old has continued to make progress since suffering a right hamstring strain in mid-March, he still doesn't have a clear timetable to return.

Lowe went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Wednesday against the Rangers.

Lowe entered the game with only two extra-base hits and no home runs across 43 plate appearances. However, he took Kyle Cody deep in the ninth inning to swat his first homer of the season. Lowe has had a discouraging start to the season but has been a fixture in the Rays' lineup and has plenty of time to turn things around at the dish.

Frazier went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored in a 5-1 win over the Padres on Wednesday.

Frazier doubled in the third and the fifth and then singled in two runs in the eighth to give the Pirates a comfortable 5-1 cushion and record his first three-hit effort since August. Frazier has stepped it up a notch over the last week with nine hits, five RBI and four runs scored in 22 at-bats after managing just three hits through his first five games. He'll look to continue his solid play and help the Pirates record a third win over four games against the Padres in Thursday's series finale against Chris Paddack.

Polanco went 1-for-3 with two RBI in the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Red Sox.

Polanco returned to the lineup after receiving rest Monday and made his presence felt, as he plated the team's lone runs of the contest with a two-run single that scored Ryan Jeffers and JT Riddle. The shortstop might have been Minnesota's lone source of offense in this game, but he has endured a tough start to the season and has recorded hits in just five of his 11 contests to date.

Arroyo went 2-for-4 with an RBI single and a double in the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Twins.

Arroyo made his presence felt at the top of the order in the first game of Wednesday's twin bill and reached base twice while plating Franchy Cordero with an RBI single in the top of the second inning. The third baseman has hit safely in all but one of game this season while racking up five extra-base hits over his last seven contests.
