Frazier is not in the lineup Sunday against the Giants, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Frazier has gone hitless in his last 10 at-bats, bringing his season average down to a very pedestrian .235 mark. He'll be afforded the afternoon off with Sean Rodriguez taking over at the keystone. Frazier could lose his starting gig in the next couple of weeks when Josh Harrison (hand) returns from the disabled list.

Torres is out of the lineup Sunday against the Athletics, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic New York reports.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone confirmed it's a routine day off for Torres, who has started in all 20 of New York's games since earning a promotion to the big leagues April 22. With a .319/.360/.493 slash line to go with three home runs and a stolen base through his first 76 plate appearances in the majors, Torres is in no danger of losing his everyday role at second base.

Altuve replaced the injured George Springer (elbow) as the leadoff hitter and went 0-for-4 in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Rangers.

Altuve, who has played all 41 of Houston's games, has gone eight consecutive at-bats without a hit and had not gone hitless in two consecutive outings until Saturday. Springer's expected to sit out the final game of Texas series Sunday, so we could get another look at Altuve atop the Astros' order, unless manager A.J. Hinch regards Altuve's "slump" as a need to rest the second baseman.

Beckham is slashing .302/.418/.533 with four doubles, a triple, four home runs and 15 RBI over 24 games with Triple-A Tacoma, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

The veteran utility man has also walked 19 times, and all three components of his slash line outpace his minor-league career numbers. Beckham spent the majority of his first season with the Mariners organization in Tacoma as well, suiting up for 83 games with the Rainiers in 2017 on his way to a .262/.313/.393 line that was partly comprised of nine home runs and 45 RBI. There hasn't been an opening for Beckham at the big-league level as of yet this season, but he's likely to see action with Seattle at some point, especially considering he's in the midst of what's shaping up to be the best professional campaign of his extensive career.

Giavotella signed a minor-league contract with the White Sox on Saturday and will report to Double-A Birmingham.

Giavotella spent spring training with the Marlins but failed to earn a roster spot and was released from Triple-A New Orleans in early May. The 30-year-old struggled with a .214/.389/.250 slash line in 28 at-bats for New Orleans and should serve as organizational infield depth with his new organization.

Albies went 1-for-4 with a home run, two runs, a stolen base and a walk in Friday's loss to the Marlins.

Albies has now recorded a hit in 14 of his last 15 games, bringing his slash line to .284/.322/.599. His 12 home runs and 37 runs lead all MLB second basemen, and his 30 RBI are good for second at the position. His on-base percentage is negatively impacted by a poor 8:33 BB:K, but otherwise he's proving to be a consistently productive force for a good-hitting Braves lineup.

Semien went 2-for-6 with a double, a run scored and four RBI in Friday's 10-5 win over the Yankees.

The A's leadoff hitter came into the game with only one RBI in his prior 14 contests, but the bottom of the order was able to provide Semien with plenty of run-producing opportunities on a night when every player in the Oakland lineup got at least one hit. The 27-year-old now carries a .265/.318/.383 slash line on the season.

Manager Aaron Boone said Drury (impaired vision) is "not all the way there yet" and won't return during the club's upcoming road trip that lasts until May 25, Coley Harvey of ESPN reports.

Though general manager Brian Cashman stated earlier this week that Drury could return "sooner rather than later", it appears as though that is no longer the case, at least when it comes to his return at the major-league level. Considering Drury's minor-league rehab assignment expires Tuesday, it's not yet clear what the Yankees intend to do. Either way, with the success of Miguel Andujar at third base and Gleyber Torres at the keystone, the team will have to make some difficult roster decisions once Drury is ready to re-enter the fold.

Frazier is out of the lineup against San Francisco on Friday.

After a pair of hitless outings, Frazier will head to the bench in favor of Max Moroff at second base with left-hander Andrew Suarez on the mound. Over 34 games this season, Frazier is hitting .242/.292/.323 with two home runs and five RBI. Expect to see him back in the lineup Saturday.

Marte went 1-for-3 with a walk and scored the Diamondbacks' only run in the club's 2-1 loss to the Nationals in 11 innings Thursday.

Marte has recorded three base hits in his past two games following an 0-for-11 stretch in the three contests prior to that, but the second baseman is still slashing a meager .216/.281/.299 across 146 plate appearances. With his OPS down 160 points from a season ago, Marte has been a major disappointment thus far and could end up ceding starts at second base to Daniel Descalso once Jake Lamb (shoulder, elbow) is activated from the 10-day disabled list later this month.
