Polanco went 1-for-3 with a home run in Tuesday's win over the White Sox. It was his third straight game with a homer.

Polanco has been hot since reclaiming the starting shortstop job as he's hitting .382 with three home runs since Aug. 2.

Rosario went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple and a solo homer in Tuesday's loss to Arizona.

The rookie shortstop hasn't taken too long to get acclimated to the majors -- after starting out just 5-for-31 (.161), he's since gone 14-for-43 (.326) with three homers and three steals over the last 12 games. Rosario has struck out a lot, but that's understandable for a 21-year-old in his first taste of the big leagues, and his minor-league numbers suggest we'll see his plate discipline improve with time. He makes for a fine play in deeper formats down the stretch.

Solarte went 3-for-5 with a home run, two doubles and six RBI during Tuesday's blowout win over the Cardinals.

Solarte roped a bases-clearing double in the third inning and added another RBI double in the fifth. He capped off the scoring with a towering 455-foot two-run blast in the eighth inning to notch his fifth and sixth RBI of the night. The 30-year-old has two home runs in his past three games and is on pace to set a single-season career high in home runs this season, though his slugging percentage is down from last year.

Semien (wrist) is out of Tuesday's lineup, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Slusser reports that Semein is OK, and he is listed as available off the bench on the lineup card, so he should be back in the lineup any day. Chad Pinder will start at shortstop and hit seventh.

Jones, 20, is slashing .344/.397/.544 with four home runs, 14 RBI and eight steals in 30 games since being promoted to High-A Inland Empire.

Jones has emerged as the bona fide No. 1 prospect for the Angels, flashing speed, emerging power and the ability to hit for average. He'll need to work a bit on his pitch selection and recognition in order to improve his on-base skills overall, but he has clearly been able to take full advantage of the friendly hitting confines of the California League thus far.

Semien is dealing with irritation of the scar tissue in his surgically repaired wrist and will be out Tuesday as a result, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Semien isn't expected to miss more than the one game. He was out from April 15 through July 5 with the injury, so the A's will gladly take it safe to avoid an aggravation of the ailment. Semien is hitting .280/.329/.400 over 18 games in August.

Forsythe is not in the lineup Monday against the Pirates, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

Forsythe is 0-for-7 over his last two games, so he'll head to the bench for a breather after starting five straight games. Chase Utley will take over for him at second base for the contest, batting eighth.

Drury went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two doubles and two runs scored during Sunday's loss to Minnesota.

After losing out on playing time, Drury suited up for all three games during the series against Minnesota. Obviously, the ability to utilize a designated hitter opened additionally opportunities for Drury, but this showing should help him receive more starts moving forward. After all, he's now registered six extra-base hits through his past 21 at-bats. Still, he's far from a reliable fantasy option at this stage of the game.

Andrus went 2-for-5 with a walk, run and RBI in Saturday's 17-7 win over the White Sox.

Andrus' power production has tapered off a bit of late with only one extra-base hit in his last eight games, but he's still been plenty valuable for fantasy owners during that time with a .303 average and 10 runs. Even with the minor dip in his slugging percentage of late, Andrus has maintained a personal-best .813 OPS for the season and has a shot at joining the 20-homer, 20-steal club for the first time in his career.

Marte is out of Sunday's lineup against the Twins.

After going hitless in his last two games, Marte takes a seat in favor of Adam Rosales, who will play shortstop and hit ninth. Marte is hitting .320/.404/.420 over his last 50 at-bats and should continue to get the bulk of the starts at shortstop.
