Albies went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-0 win over the Marlins.

The second baseman went back-to-back with Ronald Acuna to lead off the game, kicking off yet another early offensive eruption for Atlanta. Albies has been rolling over the last month, and through his last 24 games he's slashing .295/.352/.611 with eight of his 19 homers and five of his six steals on the season to go along with 20 runs and 21 RBI.

Semien went 3-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and an RBI in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Astros.

Semien notched his eighth steal and first since taking two bags May 13, a span of 43 games without a stolen base or an attempt. He's well off last season's pace when he posted 25 steals in 161 games. The second baseman also recorded his sixth multi-hit game in his last eight and is batting .429 (15-for-35) during that stretch.

Diaz went 2-for-4 with a walk in an extra-inning win over the White Sox on Saturday.

After going hitless in a start that occurred just hours after being called up from Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday, Diaz seemed to be more settled in at the plate Saturday. The promising 22-year-old's multi-hit effort was his third in 26 big-league games thus far this season, and the productive performance was reminiscent of the many he'd put up with the Aviators during his most recent minor-league stint, when he posted a .308/.353/.505 slash line over 25 games.

Marte batted leadoff and went 1-for-5 in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Angels.

The Diamondbacks hadn't seen a left-handed starter in nearly two weeks, and in the previous instance Geraldo Perdomo was elevated to leadoff. It was unclear if Perdomo would handle the role full time, but it appears Marte has retained the spot atop the order against lefties as he'd been doing all season.

Gorman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk and an additional run scored in an 11-4 win over the Yankees in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader.

Gorman padded the lead with a fourth-inning blast in the matinee game. The infielder didn't repeat his success in the nightcap, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts. Prior to Saturday, he'd gone seven contests without striking out multiple times, but he's now striking out at a 30.2 percent clip. He struggled in June and now owns a .235/.319/.466 slash line with 16 homers, 49 RBI, 31 runs scored and four stolen bases over 73 contests this season.

Rodgers (shoulder) participating in batting practice Saturday, Manny Randhawa of MLB.com reports.

Rodgers began hitting drills in mid-June, though that was with softer practice balls. After the All-Star break, he is expected to report to the Rockies' spring training facility to continue to ramp up his activity. If all goes well, Rodgers hopes to return at some point in August.

Donovan (arm) remains out for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Yankees.

Donovan was scratched from Friday's lineup with arm soreness -- the game was ultimately postponed -- and has missed both games of Saturday's doubleheader. The team announced he wouldn't be able to field a position for a few days, though he was expected to be available to serve as the designated hitter.

Jones opted out of his contract and was released by the Dodgers on Saturday, Alex Freedman of the Oklahoma City Dodgers reports.

Jones has been solid in Triple-A this season, slashing .292/.427/.542 with nine homers and 34 RBI through 263 plate appearances. He should have no problem finding another organization willing to take him in and could even reach the majors if his performance holds up.

Drury (shoulder) isn't in the Angels' lineup Saturday against Arizona, Sarah Valenzuela of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Drury injured his shoulder on a dive during Thursday's loss to the White Sox, and he'll now miss his second consecutive start as a result. Drury's absence opens a spot at second base for Luis Rengifo to start and bat eighth.

Caballero isn't in the Mariners' lineup Saturday against Tampa Bay.

Caballero is 3-for-7 with a home run over his last two games and will receive a day off Saturday. Kolten Wong will take over at the keystone and bat ninth.
