Robinson was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Robinson played sparingly during his most recent cup of coffee with Texas, but he manager to go 2-for-6 with a double and five runs scored with the chances he did get. He'll head back to the minors to make room for Delino DeShields to return from the disabled list, though his positional versatility makes him an obvious callup whenever another Ranger position player gets injured in the future.

Escobar is not in the lineup for Sunday's series finale at Cincinnati, Jody Jackson of FOX Sports Arizona reports.

Escobar hit his first home run as a Diamondback on Saturday, but will head to the bench after starting the last 11 games. Daniel Descalso will start at third base for Arizona against Cincinnati starter Luis Castillo.

Candelario is hitting leadoff Sunday against the Twins, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Candelario is normally a staple of the second spot in the order for Detroit, but it appears the team is trying to mix things up to get the offense going. The young third baseman is hitting just .184 over the past 30 games, but his strong 10.3 percent walk rate makes him a decent option atop the batting order. This could help him rack up a few more runs if he can maintain this spot in the batting order, potentially at the expense of RBI production, though.

Escobar went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk against the Reds on Saturday.

Escobar's 16th blast, which tagged starter Matt Harvey, also plated A.J. Pollock. This marked Escobar's first home run since joining the Diamondbacks via trade last month, but he's now hitting .311 with nine RBI and seven runs scored wearing his new uniform. He's still a useful mixed-league fantasy piece with his .278/.339/.511 slash line, 72 RBI and 52 runs in 460 plate appearances.

McMahon went 1-for-4 with a walkoff three-run homer in Saturday's win over the Dodgers.

The 23-year-old has now homered in consecutive games and is batting .344 with six extra-base hits in 14 games since his most recent recall. He's still not playing every day, but McMahon is worth stashing in a lot of leagues as he has the skill set to be valuable if regular playing time were to open up.

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Saturday during the Indians' 3-1 victory over the White Sox.

Ramirez went nearly a week between homers, and he rectified that disappointment with his 34th blast. It's his latest conquest in an eye-popping 2018 in which he's slashing .298/.409/.624 to accompany 84 RBI, 79 runs scored and 27 stolen bases across 508 plate appearances. He continues to plow forward in an MVP-quality campaign.

Moncada went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Indians on Saturday.

Occupying the eight spot in the Pale Hose order, Moncada took a Trevor Bauer offering over the right-field fence for his 15th big fly of the season. The 23-year-old's power-speed mix still plays in plenty of fantasy games, but his .220/.303/.400 line has quelled optimism over his 15-homer, 11-steal season.

Longoria (back) is starting at third base and batting third against the Pirates on Saturday, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic Pittsburgh reports.

Longoria exited Friday's game with a back bruise after being hit by a pitch. It appears to have been a precautionary move by the Giants as the veteran third baseman is back in the starting lineup.

Arenado (shoulder) could be utilized as a pinch hitter against the Dodgers on Saturday, Nick Groke of The Athletic Denver reports.

The pain issue for Arenado comes when throwing the ball, so it seems like the team could give him a couple days out of the field with Monday's scheduled off day. The Rockies then have a two-game interleague series at Houston, where the 27-year-old could serve as designated hitter to provide a couple additional days, if necessary.

Arenado is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Dodgers due to right shoulder soreness, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Arenado exited Friday's game after tweaking his shoulder while turning a 3-5-3 double play. The severity of the injury remains unclear, but the Rockies indicated Friday he was removed for precautionary reasons. Regardless, it's unsurprising to see the team play it safe, which they could also opt to do Sunday with a scheduled off day to follow Monday.
