Will Wagner 2B | SD
Blue Jays' Will Wagner: Sitting against righty again
Wagner is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.
The lefty-hitting Wagner is off to a 3-for-28 start to the plate in April, and the ongoing slump has started to cost him some playing time. He'll be on the bench for the second time in the Blue Jays' last three matchups versus right-handers, with Ernie Clement getting the nod at third base as Atlanta sends Spencer Strider to the mound.

Paul DeJong SS | NYY
Nationals' Paul DeJong: Expected to go on injured list
The Nationals are likely to place DeJong (face) on the 10-day injured list, Andrew Golden of The Washington Post reports.
DeJong was hit in the face by a pitch in the sixth inning of Tuesday's game versus the Pirates. There's no word yet on the specifics of his injuries, but he will need some down time. Trey Lipscomb is slated to take his roster spot and Amed Rosario is likely to see the bulk of the starts at third base while DeJong is out.

Ezequiel Duran SS | TEX
Rangers' Ezequiel Duran: Starts at first base
Duran started at first base and went 0-for-3 in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Angels.

Manny Machado 3B | SD
Padres' Manny Machado: Belts second homer
Machado went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 2-1 extra-inning loss to the Cubs.
The blast shouldn't have happened, as Machado popped up two balls in foul territory during the same at-bat, but he got reprieves each time when they were dropped by Kyle Tucker and Gage Workman. Machado took full advantage of the extra chance, driving the ninth pitch he saw from Shota Imanaga over the fence in left-center field. It was Machado's second long ball of the season in 18 games, and the 32-year-old has had an overall strong start to the campaign, slashing .313/.387/.507 with six steals, seven RBI and 16 runs.

Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Diamondbacks' Eugenio Suarez: In deep funk
Suarez went 1-for-4 with a run scored in Tuesday's 10-4 win over Miami.
Suarez helped carry the Diamondbacks through the season's opening week but has hit the skids since. After launching his fifth home run in the fifth game of the season, Suarez is batting .098 (4-for-41) with zero RBI and 17 strikeouts over the subsequent 12 contests.

Oliver Dunn 2B | CHW
Brewers' Oliver Dunn: Swipes bag Tuesday
Dunn went 0-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Tuesday's win over the Tigers.
Dunn walked and stole second in the eighth for his first steal of the year. He had just three steals in 41 games last year and doesn't run a ton. The 27-year-old is slashing just .171/.211/.229 with five RBI, four runs and a 2:11 BB:K in 39 plate appearances.

Brooks Lee SS | MIN
Twins' Brooks Lee: Belts first homer off bench in win
Lee went 1-for-2 with a solo home run Tuesday against the Mets.
The former top prospect replaced the injured Carlos Correa (wrist) in the fifth inning, later belting a solo shot in the seventh inning to put the Twins in front 6-3. The status of Correa remains uncertain going forward, and Lee could be primed for more playing time until the former is ready to rejoin the lineup. Through three outings so far this year, Lee has gone 2-for-7 with the aforementioned long ball, two RBI, one walk and one run scored.

Dylan Moore 2B | TEX
Mariners' Dylan Moore: Knocks two homers
Moore went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's loss to Cincinnati.
Moore popped a leadoff homer before adding an RBI single in the second inning. He capped off his day with a two-run shot in the fifth, but unfortunately for Seattle, his four-RBI day was the only offense in the 8-4 loss. Moore's big night boosted his slash line to .306/.375/.639 with four home runs and six RBI through 40 plate appearances.

Alex Bregman 3B | CHC
Red Sox's Alex Bregman: Homers twice against Tampa Bay
Bregman (personal) went 5-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Rays.
Bregman powered the Red Sox's offense Tuesday, with four of his five hits driving in a run. He got Boston on the board with an RBI single in the first inning, then proceeded to belt his third and fourth home runs of the season in the third and seventh innings, respectively. It was Bregman's seventh two-homer game and the first time in his major-league career that he recorded five hits in a game, and he was a triple shy of a cycle. Bregman will fly back to Boston on Wednesday and be placed on the paternity list, which will allow him to miss up to three games. Romy Gonzalez will likely fill in at third base while Bregman is away from the team.
