Caratini (hand) went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in a rehab appearance with Triple-A Iowa on Monday.

Caratini has now made three appearances at Triple-A after concluding a five-game rehab stint with Low-A South Bend. It's unclear how many more games Caratini may need before rejoining the big league club, but it would appear he's getting close.

Rogers was promoted to Triple-A Toledo on Monday, Tom Reisenweber of the Erie Times-News reports.

Rogers was slashing .309/.439/.556 with five homers and 20 RBI in 26 contests prior to joining the Mud Hens. After hitting just .219 over 99 games with Double-A Erie a season ago, he appears to have found his stroke at the plate.

Collins (concussion) is expected to return in around five days, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Collins has been sidelined with a concussion for about a week now, but is expected to enter the return to play protocol Tuesday, which usually takes five or so days to complete. Prior to landing on the minor-league IL, Collins hit .256/.370/.581 with seven homers in 24 games for Triple-A Charlotte.

Zavala (wrist) is expected to rejoin Triple-A Charlotte on Tuesday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Zavala has been sidelined since April 24 with left wrist inflammation. Prior to landing on the shelf, the backstop was hitting .203/.230/.458 with three homers in 14 games for the Knights.

Perez will be on the bench Monday against the White Sox, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Perez has gotten the start behind the plate in 65 percent of the Indians' games this season. Kevin Plawecki gets the nod Monday.

Sanchez (head) is starting at catcher and hitting third Monday against the Orioles.

Sanchez missed Sunday's game due to a head injury, but he's been cleared to rejoin the lineup for Monday's series opener after passing all concussion tests. The 26-year-old backstop, who is hitting .231/.322/.538 with five homers and 10 RBI over his last 15 games, will face righty David Hess in his first game back.

McCann is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Indians.

McCann will get a breather after a banner weekend in Toronto. While starting two of the White Sox's three games against the Blue Jays, McCann collected six hits in nine at-bats to go with three runs and an RBI. Welington Castillo will fill in for the red-hot McCann behind the dish Monday.

Narvaez went 2-for-4 with a double and a solo home run in a loss to the Red Sox on Sunday.

The Mariners appeared to have garnered one of the steals of the offseason in Narvaez, who's now slashing .304/.386/.522 across 132 plate appearances. The veteran backstop already has 11 extra-base hits (four doubles, seven homers) on the campaign as well, and his improved plate discipline has led to a career-best 4.14 pitches per plate appearance, along with a solid 11.4 walk rate. Narvaez is also squaring up on the ball better than at any other time in his career. Factoring in Sunday's performance, he sports new high-water marks in ISO (.218) and hard-contact rate (33.3 percent).

Perez went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run Sunday against Oakland.

Perez belted a clutch three-run homer in the sixth inning to give the Indians the lead, and they wouldn't look back. The 30-year-old backstop has struggled to a .220 average through 28 games in 2019, so a big hit Sunday is just what he needed to gain some confidence back at the dish.

Realmuto went 1-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run scored Sunday against the Royals.

Realmuto doubled home two runs in the fifth inning, giving the Phillies a three-run cushion to work with. He's pieced together a modest three-game hitting streak and is now slashing .269/.331/.418 with four home runs and 24 RBI over 37 contests in 2019.
