Feyereisen (biceps) felt good following Tuesday's rehab appearance at Triple-A Durham, Steve Carney of Sports Radio 620 WDAE reports.

Feyereisen has allowed three runs on three hits and a walk in 1.2 innings across his last two rehab appearances. However, manager Kevin Cash said Wednesday that the 28-year-old reported feeling good after his most recent outing, and he could return during the Rays' weekend series in Baltimore.

Fairbanks (shoulder) felt good after his rehab appearance at Triple-A Durham on Tuesday, Steve Carney of Sports Radio 620 WDAE reports.

Fairbanks has made two rehab appearances with the Triple-A club, and he's allowed a run on a hit and no walks while striking out two in two innings. Manager Kevin Cash said that the right-hander felt good after his most recent appearance and could rejoin the Rays' bullpen for their weekend road trip in Baltimore.

Chapman earned a hold Tuesday against Atlanta, pitching two-thirds of an inning and allowing one run on two hits and two walks while striking out one.

The veteran closer notched his first hold of the campaign, but it was nonetheless a discouraging outing. Chapman was brought in to protect a three-run lead in the ninth inning and had to be rescued by Wandy Peralta, who got the final out with the bases loaded to notch his fifth save. Chapman struggled mightily with his control, throwing only 12 of 26 pitches for strikes and issuing two walks. Since returning from the injured list Aug. 18, Chapman has not registered a save, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks across 2.1 frames.

Hendriks collected his 29th save of the season in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Blue Jays. He worked 1.2 innings and gave up one run on three hits and a walk while striking out a batter.

With one out and two runners on base and the White Sox holding a four-run lead, Hendriks was summoned from the bullpen to put out the fire. After walking Marcus Semien to load the bases, Hendriks induced a grounder from Vladimir Guerrero for an inning-ending double play. Hendriks would go on to let a run during the bottom of the ninth, but his good work from an inning earlier was enough for him to scoop up the save. Hendriks now trails only the Padres' Mark Melancon (34) for the MLB lead in the category.

Barnes allowed one earned run on one hit and two walks while failing to record an out Tuesday against Minnesota.

Barnes was called upon to hold a three-run lead in the ninth inning. However, he surrendered a solo home run to the first batter he faced and proceeded to walk the next two hitters prior to being pulled. Barnes has been excellent for the vast majority of the season, though he's now allowed 10 earned runs across his last 4.1 innings of work spanning eight appearances. Hansel Robles relieved Barnes to earn the save Tuesday, and he could be a candidate for the closer role should Barnes be displaced.

Robles struck out two and did not allow a baserunner in one inning of scoreless work to earn the save Tuesday against Minnesota.

Matt Barnes began the ninth inning staked to a three-run lead. However, he surrendered a solo home run and two walks to the three batters he faced prior to being pulled in favor of Robles. With the winning run at the plate, Robles proceeded to strike out the first two batters he faced before inducing a game-ending groundout. After a rocky start to his tenure in Boston, Robles has now turned in six consecutive scoreless appearances. Barnes is in the midst of a lengthy slump on the mound, so it's possible that Robles begins to see some save opportunities.

Jax (3-2) allowed nine earned runs on seven hits and four walks while striking out four across 4.2 innings to take the loss Tuesday against the Red Sox.

Jax got through the first two innings of his start without allowing a run. However, he served up a home run in each of the third, fourth and fifth innings, accounting for six of his earned runs. The Red Sox had little trouble sizing up his offerings, as they also connected for three doubles against Jax. Prior to this outing, he had turned in two consecutive quality starts while posting a 13:3 K:BB, so he should have a chance to bounce back with another turn in the rotation.

Hearn (3-4) allowed three earned runs on five hits and two walks while striking out six across five innings to earn the win Tuesday against Cleveland.

Hearn surrendered a pair of home runs, though the damage was limited because both were solo shots. He was fairly impressive otherwise, as he allowed no additional extra-base hits and also racked up 14 called strikes and 10 swinging strikes on just 88 pitches. Hearn continues to build up his workload, as he's now completed five innings in each of his last two starts. As a starter, Hearn has a 5.71 ERA with a 16:7 K:BB across 17.1 innings on the season.

Morgan (2-6) allowed four earned runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out four across 4.1 innings to take the loss Tuesday against the Rangers.

Morgan retired the first batter of the game, but he then allowed three consecutive hits -- the last of which was a three-run homer. He settled in from there but was still forced to settle for a short outing as he allowed 10 batters to reach base. Morgan has been a difficult player to project lately, as he's turned in three quality starts in his last five outings. However, in his other two appearances, he's allowed a combined nine earned runs across 8.1 innings. For the season, Morgan has a 5.98 ERA with a 58:14 K:BB across 58.2 frames.

Peralta worked a scoreless third of an inning Tuesday night, nabbing the save in the Yankees' 5-4 win over the Braves.

Peralta was summoned from the bullpen after Aroldis Chapman walked Jorge Soler with the bases loaded to bring the Braves within one. Facing Freddie Freeman with nowhere to put him, Peralta got the five-time All-Star to fly out to end the game. The left-hander has yet to allow a run in 10 August appearances.
