Hendricks struck out two in a perfect ninth inning Sunday, earning a save against the White Sox.

Hendricks blew two straight save chances to end July but has secured all three chances so far in August. Despite the recent struggles, the 30-year-old owns a 1.60 ERA with a stellar 85:19 K:BB.

Pagan notched the save against Seattle on Sunday, retiring one batter in the 1-0 victory.

After Ryan Yarbrough dominated the Mariners for 8.2 innings, Pagan was brought in to retire Omar Narvaez and preserve the win. He induced a groundball on his second pitch to pick up his 12th save of the season. In his first stint as a closer, Pagan has converted 12 of 18 save opportunities while posting a 2.01 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 68:12 K:BB over 49.1 innings.

Yarbrough (11-3) earned the win against Seattle on Sunday, completing 8.2 shutout innings and allowing three hits. He struck out eight and did not walk a batter.

Yarbrough needed only 99 pitches (73 strikes) to deliver 26 outs but was denied his first career complete game and shutout when manager Kevin Cash opted to turn to closer Emilio Pagan to retire the final batter in the 1-0 duel. Pitching as a traditional starter for the first time in four outings, Yarbrough flustered Seattle hitters all afternoon, allowing only a trio of singles and preventing any Mariner from reaching second base. The 27-year-old has now allowed one run or fewer in 13 of his 20 appearances this season and has not been charged with a loss since giving up five runs to the Angels on June 13. He'll carry a 3.56 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 78:13 K:BB over 98.2 innings into his next scheduled start, at home against the Tigers on Saturday.

Junis (8-10) gave up two runs on six hits and no walks while striking out six through six innings to take the win over the Tigers on Sunday.

Junis allowed two runs in his first three innings but settled down to deliver three more scoreless frames in a quality start. The right-hander has a 3.20 ERA and a 44:12 K:BB in his last seven starts. Overall, Junis has a 4.80 ERA and 136 strikeouts through 25 starts this season. Junis will make his next start Saturday against the Mets at home.

Weber (1-2) was hit with the loss after surrendering a run on a hit and a walk over one inning Sunday against the Angels. He was optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket following the game, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Weber was called upon in the top of the 10th inning in a tie ballgame, but he allowed the game-winning run on a single to right field. The Red Sox have yet to announce a corresponding move following Weber's demotion.

Scott was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk following Sunday's game against the Astros, Joe Trezza of MLB.com reports.

Scott will head to Triple-A after surrendering six runs over two innings Saturday. The Orioles haven't announced a corresponding move just yet, though they're expected to promote a pitcher ahead of Monday's twin bill.

Thornton (4-8) took the loss Sunday after yielding one run on three hits and one walk while striking out six over six innings against the Yankees.

Thornton threw the ball well in this one, though he allowed the only run of the ballgame in the fifth inning, resulting in a losing decision. The 25-year-old right-hander has now delivered quality starts in two of his last three outings, but he owns a 5.34 ERA and 1.48 WHIP with a 110:47 K:BB over 114.2 innings this season with Toronto.

Chapman secured the save after allowing one hit and striking out one over a scoreless inning Sunday against the Blue Jays.

Chapman entered the matchup with a one-run lead, and after surrendering a leadoff single, he managed to induce a double play after an exhausting 13-pitch battle with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and then ended the game by fanning Cavan Biggio. The 31-year-old southpaw has now turned in four straight scoreless outings, striking out seven over that stretch (four innings).

Leclerc struck out one batter in a perfect ninth inning to earn the save over Milwaukee on Sunday.

Leclerc has converted all three of his save chances this month and has been named the team's primary closer once again after an ugly start to the year. His 4.35 ERA is still unattractive to fantasy owners, but it seems like he's settling back into the role nicely with three straight scoreless outings.

Stewart is an option to serve as the primary pitcher in Monday's game against the Rangers, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Zack Godley is the other option to relieve opener Neil Ramirez. Stewart threw four scoreless innings in his lone appearance for the big club since getting claimed off waivers on July 31, so he could go deep enough to qualify for a win if he gets the ball.
