Donnie Hart RP | BAL
Orioles' Donnie Hart: Brought back to majors
Hart was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday.
Hart will offer a fresh arm out of the bullpen following Monday's 12-inning affair. The 27-year-old owns a solid 1.59 ERA across 5.2 major-league innings this season. He'll take the roster spot of Andrew Cashner (back), who was sent to the disabled list in a corresponding roster move.

Carson Smith RP | BOS
Red Sox's Carson Smith: Set for season-ending surgery
Smith will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery Wednesday, Rob Bradford of WEEI.com reports.
Smith has been sidelined since May 15 with a shoulder injury, and he recently received a third opinion that determined the issue would require surgery to heal. It's another tough break for the 28-year-old, who has pitched just 23.2 innings over the past three seasons due to injuries. He'll look to get back to full health before the start of spring training next year.

Jonathan Loaisiga RP | ARI
Yankees' Jonathan Loaisiga: Set for major-league debut Thursday
Manager Aaron Boone said Loaisiga will be recalled from Double-A Trenton to start Thursday's game against the Rays, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
With Masahiro Tanaka (hamstring) landing on the disabled list over the weekend, Loaisiga will be given the first opportunity to take his turn in the rotation. The 23-year-old compiled a combined 3.00 ERA and 58:4 K:BB across 10 starts (45 innings) split between High-A Tampa and Double-A Trenton prior to earning the promotion. Seeing as Loaisiga has pitched just 25 innings above High-A (and none at Triple-A), it may be wise to wait and see how he fares in his big-league debut before considering him as a streaming option.

Edwin Diaz RP | LAD
Mariners' Edwin Diaz: Grabs 24th save
Diaz notched his 24th save by firing a scoreless ninth inning in Monday's win over the Angels. He struck out two batters.
The hard-throwing closer ripped through the trio of Luis Valbuena, Martin Maldonado and Ian Kinsler on a quick 11 pitches, eight of which he threw for strikes. Diaz had given up a pair of hits in each of his last two outings, so Monday's effort was a return to the type of dominant form he's shown throughout the early part of the season. The 24-year-old has been busy in the early going of June, already logging five saves, three of which have come over the last four days.

Matt Belisle RP | CLE
Twins' Matt Belisle: Signs with Twins
Belisle signed a major-league contract with the Twins on Tuesday.
It's somewhat of a surprise that Belisle was able to land a major-league deal, as he's 38 years old and posted a 5.06 ERA with a paltry 9.1 percent strikeout rate in 10.2 innings before being released by Cleveland. He'll head back to Minnesota, where he tossed 60.1 innings with a 4.03 ERA last season. He picked up nine saves for the Twins late in the year after closer Brandon Kintzler was traded, but it would be surprising to see him in a high-leverage role right away upon arrival.

Drew Pomeranz RP | CHC
Red Sox's Drew Pomeranz: Playing catch
Pomeranz (left biceps tendinitis) played catch for the second time Sunday, but reported a stiff neck when he arrived at the ballpark Monday, Bill Koch of the Providence Journal reports.
The Red Sox aren't calling this a setback yet, but it will delay his eventual return. Tuesday is the 10th day of Pomeranz's stay on the disabled list, so we're looking at least another week of downtime for the left-hander.

Craig Kimbrel RP | KC
Red Sox's Craig Kimbrel: Strikes out side for 21st save
Kimbrel allowed one walk and struck out the side in a scoreless inning of work Monday to earn his 21st save of the season.
Kimbrel walked the leadoff hitter in the ninth, bringing the tying run to the plate, but he struck out the next three men he faced as he battled through some deep counts. The flamethrower is in the midst of another stellar season and lowered his season ERA to 1.93 with his ninth scoreless outing in the last 10.

Ryan Yarbrough RP | NYY
Rays' Ryan Yarbrough: Allows four runs in win over Toronto
Yarbrough (5-2) allowed four runs on seven hits and one walk across six innings while earning the win Monday against the Blue Jays. He struck out four.
Yarbrough wasn't at his best, but he did just enough to leave with a lead en route to winning his third straight decision. He was scored upon in three different innings, including a two-run home run from Teoscar Hernandez which was Yarbrough's fourth in as many starts. He was dominant toward the end of May, but he's now allowed 11 earned runs in his last 17 innings to raise his ERA to 3.90. The Rays' unconventional approach makes his usage unpredictable from a fantasy perspective, and his suboptimal performance of late makes him a lackluster option.

Jaime Barria RP | CLE
Angels' Jaime Barria: Confirmed as Tuesday's starter
Barria will take the hill for Tuesday's matchup against the Mariners, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Barria will be recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake ahead of Tuesday's game. He's made seven starts this season in the big leagues, accruing a 2.48 ERA and 1.05 WHIP with a 30:9 K:BB over 36.1 innings.

Ryne Stanek RP | STL
Rays' Ryne Stanek: Set to open Tuesday
Stanek will start Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Stanek tossed a scoreless inning and allowed one hit and two walks while striking out two in his last start against the Mariners. He's slated to open his fourth game of the season, and sits with a 3.14 ERA and 1.19 WHIP with 18 strikeouts across 14.1 innings.
