Andres Munoz RP | SEA
Mariners' Andres Munoz: Earns 18th save
Munoz walked one batter in a scoreless inning and picked up a save against the White Sox on Sunday.
Munoz struggled with his command a bit after Saturday's four-out save; he threw 11 of 20 pitches for strikes but still finished off the 6-3 win. He extended his scoreless streak to 10.1 innings and is now 18 for 21 in save chances this season. Munoz lowered his ERA to 1.28 alongside a 51:19 K:BB through 42.1 frames.

Orioles' Cionel Perez: Awarded win Sunday
Perez (2-0) hit one batter but did not allow a hit or a walk over a scoreless inning to earn the win Sunday over the Padres.
The Orioles never trailed Sunday, but starter Albert Suarez came up one out short of qualifying for the win. Jacob Webb also struggled in his relief appearance, leading to Perez being awarded the win. Perez has bounced back from a rough patch right out of the All-Star break, earning a save and a win over two scoreless innings across his last two appearances. For the year, he has a 4.26 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 29:15 K:BB with two saves and 13 holds across 31.2 innings.

Tim Herrin RP | CLE
Guardians' Tim Herrin: Secures fourth win
Herrin (4-0) retired the only batter he faced to earn the win Sunday versus the Phillies.
Herrin got a groundout from Garrett Stubbs to end the sixth inning before Steven Kwan's solo home run put the Guardians ahead in the seventh. He hasn't featured in a prominent role, but Herrin has been effective this season with a 1.30 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 42:20 K:BB over 41.2 innings. He's added 10 holds and two blown saves.

Zach Pop RP | PHI
Blue Jays' Zach Pop: Earns first career save
Pop earned the save Sunday, tossing a perfect 1.1 innings against the Rangers.
Pop made his second appearance since being recalled from Triple-A, coming on with runners on second and third and two outs in the eighth and inducing a Jonah Heim groundout to end the inning. He then stayed on for a perfect ninth to complete his first career save. Chad Green remains the closer for Toronto, but with the Blue Jays losing Jordan Romano to injury, Yimi Garcia being shipped out to the Mariners, and the potential for more arms to leave prior to Tuesday's trade deadline, Pop has an opportunity to earn a prominent role at the back end of the bullpen.

Yennier Cano RP | BAL
Orioles' Yennier Cano: Collects fourth save
Cano picked up his fourth save of the season Sunday against the Padres, allowing one earned run on three hits while striking out zero batters in one inning.
With Orioles closer Craig Kimbrel yielding five runs (three earned) and throwing 49 pitches across two appearances Thursday and Friday, Cano slotted in for the save opportunity Sunday. Cano was shaky, allowing the bases to be loaded with just one out, but a pair of groundouts ended the game, giving Cano his first save since June 16. Kimbrel remains the presumptive closer, but the 30-year-old Cano has pitched well this season and would be the top replacement option if Kimbrel's struggles continue. Cano owns a 2.88 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 40:19 K:BB with 24 holds in 40.2 innings.

Emmanuel Clase RP | CLE
Guardians' Emmanuel Clase: Notches save No. 33
Clase struck out one batter in a perfect ninth inning to pick up his 33rd save of the season Sunday against the Phillies.
Clase needed just seven pitches to secure the one-run victory for the Guardians, notching his fourth save in six days. The 26-year-old has been utterly dominant this season, pitching to a 0.73 ERA, 0.65 WHIP and 42:6 K:BB in 49.1 innings. Clase is now tied with Ryan Helsley for the league lead in saves with 33.

Hunter Harvey RP | CHC
Royals' Hunter Harvey: Dealing with back spasms
Harvey was diagnosed with left lower-back spasms after leaving Sunday's game against the Cubs.
Harvey looked uncomfortable before exiting the contest, as he walked two batters and threw just seven of 22 pitches for strikeouts in two-thirds of an inning. With closer James McArthur continuing to struggle, Harvey could miss a chance to secure the role if the injury forces him to miss any time.

Alex Faedo SP | TB
Tigers' Alex Faedo: Takes loss as opener Sunday
Faedo (5-2) allowed a run on two hits across an inning of work to take the loss Sunday against the Twins. He struck out three.
Faedo served as Detroit's opener Sunday and was impressive missing bats, though he still sustained his first loss since April 4. The righty had gone 5-0 after that until Sunday's defeat. Despite the stumble, Faedo has been solid in his relief role for the Tigers all season, posting a 3.58 ERA and striking out 48 batters across 50.1 innings. He should continue to occupy a key spot in the bullpen moving forward.
-
John Schreiber RP | KC
Royals' John Schreiber: Battling knee issue
Schreiber was removed from Sunday's game against the Cubs due to right knee patella tendon discomfort.
Schreiber threw just one pitch before he exited Sunday's contest with the injury and should be considered day-to-day. It could be a costly day for Kansas City's bullpen, since Hunter Harvey (back) also departed the contest.

Bowden Francis RP | TOR
Blue Jays' Bowden Francis: Confirmed for Monday's nightcap
Francis will be called up from Triple-A Buffalo to start Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader at Baltimore, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Francis made his previous start for Buffalo on Wednesday, so he'll be taking the hill on regular rest in Monday's twin bill. The right-hander has a 5.82 ERA over 38.2 major-league innings this season, but he's been lights out at Triple-A with a 0.93 ERA, 0.58 WHIP and 24:3 K:BB across 19.1 frames.
