Megill notched the save in Monday's 3-2 win over the Reds after throwing a clean ninth inning. He struck out one.

Following an uneven start to the campaign as Milwaukee's closer, Megill has settled in nicely over the past month of action. The hard-throwing right-hander holds a 0.69 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 13:7 K:BB over his last 13 innings, successfully converting each of his 10 save opportunities during this stretch. Megill appears to be well over the knee issue that plagued him earlier in the year.

The Dodgers designated Stratton for assignment Monday.

Stratton made two appearances during his brief stint with the Dodgers, yielding two runs in three innings. The veteran reliever is likely to pass through waivers unclaimed, and if that happens, could elect free agency.

The Dodgers recalled Loutos from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.

Loutos allowed two runs over one inning in his lone appearance for the Dodgers last month. He will operate in low-leverage situations.

The Dodgers optioned Davis to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.

Davis tossed two scoreless innings in Sunday's loss to the Yankees. He's being replaced by a fresh bullpen arm in Ryan Loutos.

Berget has been added to the Padres' taxi squad and is expected to start Tuesday in San Francisco, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

With the continued absences of Michael King (shoulder) and Yu Darvish (elbow), Berget could earn additional starts after Tuesday's outing. The rookie right-hander has tossed four scoreless innings for the Padres this season, but this will be his first major-league start.

The Mets optioned Devenski to Triple-A Syracuse on Monday.

He'll give up his spot on the 26-man active roster to Paul Blackburn (knee), who was reinstated from the 15-day injured list to start Monday's contest versus the Dodgers. Devenski has made two appearances for the Mets this season, yielding two runs over three innings.

The Pirates designated Rainey for assignment Monday.

Rainey will lose his spot on the roster after he was knocked around for four runs while recording just one out in his final appearance with the Pirates on Sunday in San Diego. He seems likely to clear waivers.

The Dodgers acquired Klein from the Mariners on Monday in exchange for Joe Jacques and selected Klein's contract from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Klein was removed from the Mariners' 40-man roster over the weekend and is now on the move to Los Angeles, where he'll get another opportunity at the big-league level. The right-handed reliever has struggled at the Triple-A level in 2025, posting a 7.40 ERA and 32:18 K:BB across 20.2 innings.

Miller picked up a hold in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Marlins, allowing two hits while striking out one over two-thirds of a scoreless inning.

Miller entered the game in the eighth inning and recorded his seventh hold of the season, throwing 12 of his 18 pitches for strikes. The left-hander gave up a single and a double before being pulled in favor of closer Camilo Doval. Miller hasn't been charged with a run since May 11. He owns a 1.40 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and a 15:13 K:BB with two wins and two blown saves across 19.1 innings in 23 appearances this season.

Montas (lat) struck out three batters and allowed two earned runs on two hits and two walks over three innings Thursday for High-A Brooklyn in his second rehab start.

Montas, who is working his way back from a high-grade lat strain, tossed 49 pitches (28 strikes) Thursday and is expected to require at least two more appearances in the minors before becoming an option for the New York rotation around the middle of June. The 32-year-old is scheduled to make his third minor-league appearance Tuesday, this time moving up to Triple-A Syracuse after his prior two outings came with Brooklyn.
