The Pirates non-tendered Stratton (knee) on Friday, Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Stratton's 2024 season was cut short by a ruptured patella tendon in late August, and he's likely to miss the first couple months of the 2025 campaign while recovering from surgery. Despite his injury, the 28-year-old's 3.26 ERA over 49.2 career innings should still be enough to attract interest in free agency from bullpen-needy teams.

De Los Santos bounced between the Yankees, Padres and White Sox in 2024, posting a 5.20 ERA and 1.41 WHIP over 64 total innings. He doesn't project as anything more than a middle reliever regardless of his landing spot.

The Blue Jays non-tendered Tate on Friday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Tate began the 2024 regular season with the Orioles, but he was designated for assignment in late August and claimed off waivers by the Blue Jays on Sept. 1. The 30-year-old allowed two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four over 3.1 innings with Toronto. There was interest from the Blue Jays to bring back Tate for 2025, but the right-hander had a projected $1.9 million salary in arbitration, per Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca. Across 33 major-league outings in 2024, Tate posted a 4.66 ERA and 1.47 WHIP over 36.2 innings, and now that he's entered free agency, he'll look to catch on with a team in need of right-handed bullpen depth.

Romano (elbow) was non-tendered by the Blue Jays on Friday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

The right-hander was one of the best closers in baseball from 2021 to 2023 with a 2.37 ERA and 95 saves, but Toronto elected not to tender him a contract for 2025. Romano allowed 10 earned runs in 15 appearances in 2024 and sat out most of the season due to elbow issues, which necessitated arthroscopic surgery in July. The 31-year-old was ramping up his throwing program at the end of the regular season and could be ready for the start of spring training.

Gilbreath agreed to a one-year, $785,000 contract with the Rockies on Friday to avoid arbitration, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports.

Injuries limited Gilbreath to just three big-league appearances in 2024, during which he allowed six earned runs in only one total inning. He'll presumably be ready for the start of the new season and look to bounce back with a season that more accurately reflects his career 4.36 ERA.

Topa agreed to a one-year deal with the Twins on Friday to avoid arbitration.

Topa started the 2024 regular season on the Twins' 15-day injured list due to left patellar tendinitis, and he was transferred to the 60-day IL in late May after an MRI revealed a small tear in his left patellar tendon. Topa managed to return from the injured list Sept. 25, and across three outings he threw 2.1 scoreless innings while striking out two batters and allowing one hit. The 33-year-old right-hander should be good to go for spring training.

Hentges (shoulder) agreed to a one-year, $1.337 million contract with the Guardians on Friday to avoid arbitration, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Hentges is set to miss the entire 2025 campaign after undergoing surgery on his left shoulder in September. His new contract will ensure he remains with the Guardians organization for the duration of his rehab process, and the 28-year-old will look to return for the start of 2026.

The Orioles non-tendered Webb on Friday, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Webb spent most of the 2024 regular season in the majors and posted a 3.02 ERA and 1.18 WHIP across 56.2 innings, though he did pitch with Triple-A Norfolk in September while on a rehab assignment due to right elbow inflammation. His ERA and WHIP numbers were his best since the 2019 season with Atlanta, but the 31-year-old will now enter free agency and should draw interest from teams looking to bolster their bullpens.

Tonkin agreed to a one-year, $1 million contract with the Twins on Friday to avoid arbitration, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Tonkin started the 2024 regular season on the Twins' roster, then spent stints with the Mets and Yankees before finishing the year back in Minnesota after being claimed off waivers in late August. He appeared in 57 games between the three organizations, posting a 3.63 ERA and 1.26 WHIP over 79.1 innings while primarily serving in a middle relief role.

The 30-year-old Jimenez will hit free agency after spending the last three seasons with the Athletics' organization, splitting time between the majors and Triple-A Las Vegas. In 2024, he posted a 4.13 ERA and 1.25 WHIP across 24 innings in Triple-A while registering a 4.91 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over 25.2 frames in the majors. Jimenez should garner interest from teams looking to add right-handed bullpen depth.
