Lindgren was optioned to Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday, Isaac Azout of SBNation.com reports.

Lindgren failed to see any action since joining the big club Saturday. Enmanuel De Jesus was recalled in a corresponding move.

Hjelle was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento on Monday.

Hjelle was added to the active roster to replace Luke Jackson, who was placed on the paternity list prior to Monday's game against San Diego. Hjelle has appeared in one contest for the Giants in September, allowing two hits and striking out one across 1.1 scoreless frames.

Jackson will be away from the team for the next few days for the birth of his child. Sean Hjelle was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento in a corresponding move.

Uelmen (undisclosed) was reinstated from Triple-A Lehigh Valley's 60-day injured list and made his final appearance of the season Sept. 19, striking out three while allowing one run on two hits and one walk over one inning.

Uelmen had been stuck on Lehigh Valley's IL since early June with the unspecified injury, but after completing a rehab assignment earlier this month, he received the green light to return to the Triple-A bullpen for the final week of the season. Though Lehigh Valley's season is over, Uelmen retains a spot on the Phillies' 40-man roster and could theoretically get called up to the big club over the final week of the season if Philadelphia has a need for an extra relief arm.

Hudson (knee) is slated to throw live batting practice during the Dodgers' upcoming road trip and could return to game action if the team advances to the NLCS, per the Associated Press.

Hudson has been out with a sprained MCL in his right knee since July 5 and has pitched in just three major-league games this season. He only recently resumed throwing to live hitters, so he still has a ways to go until he could potentially be ready for game action. The Dodgers have already wrapped up a spot in the NLDS, but Hudson won't be ready to return for that series. Should Los Angeles advance past that round, however, the veteran reliever could be added to the roster for the NLCS, which begins Oct. 16.

The Yankees placed Kahnle on the 15-day injured list Monday with right shoulder inflammation.

Kahnle will be shut down for the final week of the regular season, but provided that his injury doesn't prove to be more significant that his current diagnosis of shoulder inflammation, he should be in store for a fairly normal offseason. The veteran righty finishes the 2023 campaign with one win, two saves and 14 holds to go with a 2.66 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 48:19 K:BB across 40.2 innings out of the New York bullpen.

The Yankees recalled Bowman from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Monday.

Bowman had been optioned back to Triple-A on Sept. 14, but he'll be eligible to rejoin the Yankees ahead of their series finale versus the Diamondbacks after fellow reliever Tommy Kahnle (shoulder) was moved to the 15-day injured list in a corresponding move. Assuming Bowman sticks with the Yankees throughout the final week of the regular season, he'll likely be relegated to a middle-relief role.

Kay was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday.

Kay was claimed off waivers from the Cubs earlier this month as he returned to his original organization. He tossed 1.2 scoreless frames with two strikeouts in a relief appearance versus the Phillies on Sunday.

Kelly was optioned to Triple-A Columbus on Sunday.

He was sent out in favor of Triston McKenzie ahead of the latter's return Sunday. Kelly holds a 3.78 ERA and 16:9 K:BB over 16.2 innings during his time in the big leagues this season.

The Diamondbacks reinstated Castro (personal) from the paternity list Monday.

Arizona optioned right-hander Slade Cecconi to Triple-A Reno to clear room on the 28-man active roster for Castro, who spent the maximum three days away from the team following the birth of his child. Castro, who has posted a 1.64 ERA and 1.27 WHIP over his last 14 appearances, should step back into a middle relief or setup role for the final week of the regular season.
