Rodon (shoulder) threw on the sideline Sunday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

White Sox general manager Rick Hahn said Rodon's return to the roster could drift into September. Of the two Chicago starters currently on the injured list, Rodon is behind Reynaldo Lopez (shoulder), who is looking at a return by the end of August.

Cobb (1-2) took the loss Monday as the Orioles fell 7-2 to the Blue Jays, coughing up five runs on eight hits and a walk over 6.2 innings. He struck out four.

While this was Cobb's longest outing yet in 2020, there weren't many other positives to take away from this performance. The right-hander threw 57 of 88 pitches for strikes, and the big blow against him was a three-run blast in the third inning by Randal Grichuk, the fourth homer Cobb has served up in only 26.1 innings. He'll carry a 3.76 ERA into his next start Saturday, at home against the Red Sox.

Ryu (2-1) picked up the win Monday, allowing one run on four hits over six innings in a 7-2 victory over the Orioles. He struck out three.

The veteran lefty appears to have shaken off his early-season struggles, and Ryu has now turned in back-to-back quality starts while posting a 10:2 K:BB over those 12 innings. He'll try to stay locked in for his next outing Saturday in Tampa Bay.

Dunn gave up six runs on five hits and a walk over two innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Monday. He struck out one.

Dunn was ineffective in the short outing, which saw his ERA rocket up to 7.80 across 17 innings this season. The 24-year-old righty has struggled more often than not in 2020, which is his first season as a full-time big-league pitcher. Dunn is expected to face the Rangers on Sunday in his next start.

Lyles (1-2) allowed seven runs (six earned) on seven hits and a walk over four innings Monday, striking out two and taking the loss against the Padres.

Most of the damage against Lyles came during a five-run second inning for the Padres before he coughed up a homer to Austin Hedges in the fourth. Over his last four starts, the 29-year-old righty has been hammered for 17 runs in 18.1 innings, raising his season ERA to 7.52. He'll look to get back in the win column in Seattle on Saturday.

Boyd (0-3) allowed three earned runs on four hits and two walks while striking out nine across four innings to take the loss Monday against the White Sox.

Boyd started the game in abysmal fashion, surrendering back-to-back home runs to Tim Anderson and Yoan Moncada. After allowing another home run to Anderson in the second inning, Boyd did settle in to retire the final seven batters he faced. On a positive note, Boyd also racked up 16 swinging strikes on 90 total pitches to put together his best strikeout performance of the season. However, to be effective, he has to find a way to keep in the yard as he has now allowed 3.1 HR/9, which has led to a horrific 9.64 ERA across 23.1 innings. He'll look to turn things around in his next start, currently projected to come Saturday at Cleveland.

Bielak (3-0) gave up a run on a hit and four walks and struck out four over six innings in Monday's 2-1 win over the Rockies.

The only hit Bielak gave up was a solo home run to Trevor Story in the third inning. Monday marked Bielak's first win as a starter -- his previous two victories came in relief efforts. The 24-year-old has a 1.69 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 15 strikeouts in 21.1 innings across five total appearances this season. His next turn in the rotation is Saturday in San Diego.

Bubic (0-3) allowed two earned runs on four hits and four walks while striking out four across 4.1 innings to take the loss Monday against the Twins.

Bubic was fairly effective through three innings, holding the Twins scoreless while allowing only two singles and a walk. However, he allowed a solo home run to lead off the fourth frame and subsequently walked two batters and surrendered a single to account for his two earned runs. Due to relatively poor starts in consecutive outings, Bubic's ERA has risen to 5.12, though he has managed to punch out 19 batters across 19.1 innings in his rookie season. He won't get a reprieve in his next start -- he is currently projected to face the Twins again on Sunday.

Perez (2-3) took the loss after allowing three runs on two hits and three walks while striking out one over three innings Monday against the Yankees.

Perez struggled with his command in this one, surrendering more walks than hits. He gave up all three runs in the second frame, one on an RBI double, and the other two on a two-run homer by Luke Voit. After five starts this season, Perez sits with a 4.07 ERA and 1.27 WHIP with a 17:14 K:BB over 24.1 frames.

Montgomery allowed one run on three hits and struck out four over 3.2 innings Monday against the Red Sox. He didn't factor into the decision.

Montgomery was gifted an early 3-0 lead, though he failed to last five innings and qualify for the victory. He surrendered his lone run in the top of the fourth on an RBI single to left center. The 27-year-old lefty has now started three games this season, accruing a 5.17 ERA and 1.15 WHIP with a 10:3 K:BB over 15.2 frames.
