Feltner (1-1) earned the win Friday against the Blue Jays, allowing two runs on eight hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out four.

Feltner allowed a run in each of the first two innings before settling in and holding Toronto scoreless over his final three frames as the Rockies erupted for 12 runs in a comfortable win. Feltner's gotten off to a nice start this year, posting a 3.38 ERA with a 1.31 WHIP and 18:6 K:BB through his first three outings (16 innings). However, the 27-year-old righty isn't likely to warrant fantasy consideration while pitching half the time at Coors Field -- Feltner struggled to a 5.82 ERA in 10 starts last season.

Buehler (elbow) was removed from his rehab start at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Friday after getting hit in the right hand by a comebacker, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Buehler initially remained in the game to complete the second inning, suggesting the damage to his hand may have been minimal, but he was removed ahead of the third. The right-hander threw just 27 pitches Friday after being scheduled for at least 80, so there's a good chance he remains in the minors for an additional rehab start before making his season debut with the Dodgers.

Peralta (2-0) earned the win Friday against the Orioles, allowing one run on five hits while striking out 11 over six innings.

Peralta was dominant Friday, holding Baltimore to a lone run on a Colton Cowser homer in the fourth inning en route to an easy win in an 11-1 Brewers victory. The 27-year-old Peralta lowered his ERA to 2.55 with a 0.68 WHIP through his first three starts (17.2 innings). He's tied for second in the majors with 26 strikeouts in the early going while issuing just a pair of walks. Peralta's currently lined up to face the Padres at home in his next outing.

Rodriguez experienced further tightness in his left shoulder after throwing a bullpen session Tuesday, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

The Diamondbacks have decided to pause Rodriguez's throwing program as a result of his setback. Manager Torey Lovullo said Rodriguez's no-throw period could last roughly two weeks, a week longer than the left-hander's last shutdown -- further delaying his D-backs debut and keeping Ryne Nelson and Tommy Henry in the rotation for a little while longer.

Cabrera (shoulder) will make another rehab start with Triple-A Jacksonville on April 17, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

There had seemed to be a chance that Cabrera's next start would come with the Marlins, but the club has elected to give him one more rehab outing. He will be stretched out to six innings and/or 90 pitches in Wednesday's start. Assuming all goes well, Cabrera should rejoin the Marlins' rotation after that, setting him up to be back as soon as April 22 in Atlanta.

Buehler will continue his minor-league rehab assignment Friday with a start for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga.

It's the third start of Buehler's rehab assignment, and he built up to 65 pitches over 4.2 innings his last time out. The Dodgers will decide whether additional rehab starts are necessary after Friday's outing, and it's possible the right-hander is cleared to make his season debut as early as next week.

The Mets are expected to call up Butto from Triple-A Syracuse to start Sunday against the Royals, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Adrian Houser would be on regular rest Sunday, but the Mets will go ahead and bring Butto up this weekend rather waiting until early next week. Butto tossed six innings of one-run ball in a spot start last week against the Tigers after nearly winning a rotation spot following a strong showing this spring. The 26-year-old should be in line to make at least one additional start after Sunday due to Tylor Megill (shoulder) still being on the injured list.

Jones (1-2) took the loss against Philadelphia on Thursday, allowing three runs on six hits and no walks while striking out eight batters over 6.1 innings.

The rookie right-hander was very good in the outing, but home runs by Alec Bohm in the fourth inning and Brandon Marsh in the seventh accounted for three runs against him, which was enough to tag Jones with his second straight loss. He nonetheless continues to impress, as he's notched a quality start in two straight outings and has punched out at least seven batters in all three of his appearances so far this season. Overall, Jones has a a 4.00 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and outstanding 25:2 K:BB through 18 innings as a big-leaguer, so fantasy managers who roster him have ample reason to be excited for what lies ahead.

Suarez (2-0) earned the win over Pittsburgh on Thursday, tossing six scoreless innings during which he allowed two hits and two walks while striking out eight batters.

Suarez didn't allow any extra-base hits in the dominant outing, and the Pirates didn't get any runners to third base against him. The southpaw racked up a season-high eight punchouts and recorded his second straight quality start. Suarez has been great through three appearances this season, posting a 2.65 ERA, 0.71 WHIP and 19 strikeouts over 17 innings. It's a small sample size, but it's promising that he's also cut his walk rate significantly compared to last season, as he's walked just three batters over those 17 frames thus far.

Elder is a top candidate to fill Atlanta's vacant rotation spot, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Atlanta needs to fill the rotation spot of Spencer Strider (elbow), and there are a number of candidates to step into the role. Elder experienced plenty of success in the majors last year, as he posted a 3.81 ERA and 1.28 WHIP across 173.2 innings. He faded down the stretch, however, and then failed to secure a rotation spot out of spring training. The team's current plans should become clearer this weekend, as Elder is currently expected to start Saturday for Triple-A Gwinnett, which would in turn make him unavailable to start Tuesday for Atlanta. Dylan Dodd is the other top candidate for a promotion, while Darius Vines is also in the mix.
