Carrasco didn't factor into the decision in Tuesday's 11-10 win over the White Sox, giving up four runs on six hits and two walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out five.

The Mets staked Carrasco to a 5-0 lead after the first inning and added three more runs before he left the mound, but the veteran right-hander couldn't stick around long enough to qualify for the win. He got the hook after 82 pitches (50 strikes), failing to complete five innings for the fourth time in his last six starts. Carrasco has a 4.60 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 25:14 K:BB through 29.1 innings over that stretch, and he's a risky play even as a streaming option given his inability to pitch deep into games. His next outing lines up for a weekend tilt in Boston.

Williamson didn't factor into the decision Monday, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out three over six innings in a 4-2 loss to the Giants.

The game was suspended due to rain and thunder that wouldn't stop Monday, so the two teams finished it off before Tuesday's regularly scheduled affair. It was the third time in Williamson's last four starts that rain impacted the game. The left-hander gave up another two home runs, increasing his count allowed to 10 over 52.2 innings (1.7 HR/9). His next outing is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against Arizona.

Musgrove (9-2) picked up the win Tuesday, allowing one run on five hits and a walk over six innings in a 9-1 victory over the Blue Jays. He struck out seven.

The right-hander continues to roll, delivering his seventh straight quality start and eighth straight winning decision, with his last loss coming May 20. Since then, Musgrove sports a 1.76 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 61:9 K:BB through 61.1 innings. He'll look to extend those streaks in his next outing, likely to come this weekend in Detroit.

Kelly (calf) will throw a second rehab start Thursday in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

Kelly made his first rehab appearance last Saturday, tossing 75 pitches in an ACL game. Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo had hoped the right-hander would return from the injured list in time for this weekend's series against the Reds, but now the manager indicates Kelly is lined up to return for the three-game set against the Cardinals beginning next Monday.

Webb allowed two runs on four hits and struck out seven without walking a batter over seven innings in a no-decision in Monday's game versus the Reds.

The game was suspended after seven innings and completed Tuesday. Webb has earned quality starts in six of his last seven outings, posting a 3.14 ERA and 49:6 K:BB in that span. He's at a 3.11 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 134:23 K:BB through 133 innings across 20 starts this season. The right-hander leads the majors in innings pitched and should continue to function as the Giants' ace. He's lined up for a road start versus the Nationals over the weekend.

Corbin did not factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing three runs on six hits and one walk over 5.1 innings against the Cubs. He struck out six.

Most of the damage against Corbin came in the sixth inning, as the lefty allowed a solo homer to Seiya Suzuki and then back-to-back singles to Ian Happ and Cody Bellinger as part of a two-run inning. Prior to the sixth frame, however, Corbin was much better and allowed just one baserunner to reach second. Corbin has undergone an up-and-down stretch over the four starts leading up to Tuesday's tilt, allowing one or fewer runs in two starts while giving up six or more in the other pair of appearances.

Taillon did not factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk over 5.2 innings against the Nationals. He struck out four.

Taillon came up one out short of his second consecutive quality start, being pulled at 92 pitches after 5.2 innings. The 31-year-old got off to a sluggish start Tuesday before settling in, serving up a solo homer to Lane Thomas in the first and then giving up a pair of runs before recording an out in the second inning. After giving up four or more runs in three straight starts, Taillon has allowed three runs over his last two starts (13.2 innings) combined. He's tentatively next lined up to take on the Cardinals, which rocked Taillon for four runs and two homers over 2.2 innings during their last meeting.

Cabrera (shoulder) didn't factor in the decision Tuesday at St. Louis after he struck out six and gave up one run on two hits and three walks across five innings.

The right-hander returned from a month-long stint on the injured list due to a shoulder impingement Tuesday, and he fired five scoreless frames before Brendan Donovan's leadoff homer in the sixth. Cabrera finished at 74 pitches and could continue to have some workload limitations in his next couple starts since he rejoined Miami's rotation without a rehab assignment.

Montgomery (hamstring) didn't factor in the decision after he allowed one run on six hits over six innings during Tuesday's extra-inning win against the Marlins. He struck out five and walked two.

The left-hander exited his previous outing July 7 with a hamstring issue, but he returned to the mound Tuesday with no issues and delivered his 11th quality start of the campaign. Edward Cabrera pitched similarly well for Miami, leading to a no-decision for both starters. Montgomery missed out on the victory but still has a 4-0 record with a 1.47 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 42:11 K:BB in 43 frames across his past seven appearances.

Grove (2-2) earned the win Tuesday, allowing a run on five hits and two walks over five innings against the Orioles. He struck out four.

Grove was solid Tuesday, holding Baltimore to a single run on an Aaron Hicks double in the second inning. It's an encouraging outing for the 26-year-old right-hander, lowering his ERA to a still-subpar 6.40 with a 1.54 WHIP and 47:17 K:BB through 52 innings. Grove will likely stick in the Dodgers' rotation until Clayton Kershaw (shoulder) can return from the IL. He's lined up to face the Blue Jays at home in his next outing.
