Rodon (10-6) gave up one earned run on five hits and no walks while striking out three over 5.1 innings to earn the win in a 7-3 victory over the Athletics on Saturday.

Rodon continued his excellent 2022 campaign by holding the Athletics to only one run on a Sean Murphy single. The performance wasn't his most dominant, but he did enough to pick up his 10th win of the season while lowering his ERA back under 3.00. The hard-throwing lefty now boasts a 161:39 K:BB in 128.1 innings this season to go along with an ERA of 2.95. He tentatively lines up for a favorable matchup at home against the Pirates in his next expected start.

Ashby (2-10) allowed four runs on three hits, five walks and a hit batter while striking out five over 4.2 innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Reds.

Ashby gave up two runs in the second inning and a two-run home run to Jose Barrero in the fourth. The five walks Ashby allowed matched a season high, and this was the first time in six starts he's allowed more than two earned runs. The southpaw now has a 4.32 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 103:41 K:BB through 85.1 innings across 21 appearances (15 starts). He's projected for a road start in St. Louis next weekend, with two off days for the Brewers next week likely affording Ashby extra rest.

Lodolo allowed three runs on four hits, four walks and a hit batter while striking out four over 4.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Brewers on Saturday.

Lodolo threw 56 of 100 pitches for strikes, and he was tagged for a pair of home runs by Andrew McCutchen and Keston Hiura in the fourth inning. This was just the second time in nine outings Lodolo's given up multiple homers, but the four walks were a season high and the four strikeouts matched his low mark for the year. The 24-year-old owns a 4.40 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 58:20 K:BB through 43 innings in his rookie year. He's projected for a more favorable home start versus the Cubs next week.

Fried (10-4) allowed four runs (two earned) on six hits and a walk while striking out five in six innings, taking the loss in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader versus the Mets.

Fried gave up three runs in the third inning and another in the sixth. Two of Atlanta's three errors in this contest led to runs, allowing Fried to log his fourth straight quality start. The southpaw has maintained a 2.60 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 127:25 K:BB in 138.1 innings across 22 outings this year. He'll look to avoid going a season-worst four starts without a win in his next turn, tentatively projected to be a road start in Miami next weekend.

Suarez (8-5) gave up three earned runs over 5.1 innings and picked up the win in Saturday's victory over the Nationals. He allowed seven hits, struck out five batters and walked two.

Suarez was not as sharp as he was over his previous three outings -- over which he did not allow an earned run over 16.0 innings -- but he still picked up his eighth win of the season and fourth over his last seven starts. His next start will likely come against the streaking Mets, a team he has not faced since April 11 in his first outing of the campaign.

Corbin (4-16) gave up six earned runs over 0.2 innings and took the loss Saturday as the Nationals fell to the Phillies. He allowed five hits, did not strike out a batter and walked two.

Corbin failed to make it out of the first inning for the second time in three starts, and his latest rough outing pushed his ERA to an unsightly 7.02. Provided he remains on regular rest, Corbin's next start will come at home against the Padres.

Heaney didn't factor into the decision during Saturday's 8-3 win against the Padres, allowing three unearned runs on four hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 4.2 innings.

Making his third start since returning from a shoulder injury, Heaney permitted a single baserunner through three frames before surrendering three unearned runs on three hits in the fourth following a Gavin Lux error. Heaney has allowed only a single earned run in 12.2 innings since his return, but he hasn't received a win as Los Angeles has eased him back into the rotation with no more than 81 pitches and 4.2 innings in any outing. The 31-year-old has allowed seven runs (two earned) in 28 innings across six starts this season, and he lines up to pitch again next weekend in Kansas City.

Clevinger (3-4) took the loss during Saturday's 8-3 defeat at the hands of the Dodgers, allowing five runs on seven hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 4.2 innings.

Clevinger fired a clean first inning before running into trouble thereafter, surrendering single runs in the second and third and a Max Muncy three-run home run in the fifth to fall in line for the loss. The rough outing snapped a three-start streak of allowing two runs or fewer while the three strikeouts constitute his lowest total over his last seven outings. Clevinger carries a 3.60 ERA and 1.12 WHIP into his next start, scheduled to come next weekend in Washington.

Brubaker (2-10) gave up three earned runs over four innings and took the loss Saturday as the Pirates fell to the Orioles. He allowed eight hits, struck out six and walked two.

Brubaker's ERA sat at 3.96 as recently as July 30, but after giving up 10 earned runs in 8.1 innings over his last two outings, his ERA has spiked up to 4.49. He will attempt to get back on track next week out west, either against the Diamondbacks on regular rest or against the Giants if he is pushed back at all.

The Reds will recall Dunn from Triple-A Louisville on Monday to start their series opener against the Mets in New York, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

After a long stint on the injured list to begin the season while recovering from a shoulder injury, Dunn was activated July 24 and optioned to Triple-A following a six-start rehab assignment. Dunn wasn't particularly sharp during his rehab stint, but he did post a respectable 3.75 ERA over 11 big-league starts last season with Seattle. Over his seven outings at Triple-A spanning 26 innings, Dunn has compiled a 6.92 ERA, 1.81 WHIP and 23:16 K:BB.
