Gomber hurled six innings against San Diego on Tuesday, allowing one run on five hits and one walk while striking out seven. He did not factor in the decision.

The left-hander registered his second straight strong start and has allowed only one earned run over his past 11.1 innings. The lone run scored against Gomber on Tuesday came on a groundout in the second inning. He tied his season high with seven punchouts, induced 15 swinging strikes and lowered his ERA to 4.96 on the campaign. Gomber's next start is tentatively scheduled for Monday in New York against the Mets.

Urias (6-1) earned the win over Arizona on Tuesday, tossing 6.1 innings and allowing one run on three hits and no walks while striking out eight.

The southpaw gave up a second-inning run but otherwise cruised through his fifth quality start of the campaign. Urias was in control throughout the game, issuing no free passes and allowing only one extra-base hit (a double by Nick Ahmed). He is tied for second in MLB with six wins on the campaign and has registered a 3.04 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 60:7 K:BB across 56.1 innings. Urias is lined up to face the Giants in San Francisco this weekend.

Brubaker (3-3) took the loss Tuesday, coughing up five runs on eight hits and three walks over 5.2 innings as the Pirates fell 5-2 to the Cardinals. He struck out three.

All the damage came in the first three frames en route to Brubaker's worst start of the season, and he was taken deep by Nolan Arenado -- the fifth straight outing in which the right-hander served up at least one homer. Brubaker tossed 59 of 89 pitches for strikes, and he'll take a 3.27 ERA and 44:12 K:BB through 44 innings into his next start.

Castillo (1-6) recorded 11 strikeouts but was charged with the loss Tuesday against the Giants after giving up three runs on six hits and three walks over five innings.

The 28-year-old posted double-digit strikeouts for the first time this season while notching 21 swinging strikes, but he had trouble keeping San Francisco off the basepaths and now leads the National League with six losses. Castillo has a 7.44 ERA, 1.80 WHIP and 40:15 K:BB across 42.1 innings, and he's allowed fewer than three earned runs in only two of nine starts.

DeSclafani (4-1) earned the win Wednesday over the Reds after giving up one run on six hits with seven strikeouts and two walks over seven innings.

The 31-year-old surrendered a leadoff homer to Jesse Winker to open the contest but quickly settled down and blanked his former team for the rest of his outing. DeSclafani has been impressive this season with a 2.03 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 48:13 K:BB across 54.1 innings and lines up to pitch against the Dodgers on Sunday.

Davies allowed three runs across five innings and did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's win over the Nationals. He gave up seven hits and a walk while striking out one.

Davies turned in a so-so performance, as he wasn't able to miss a ton of Washington bats, which has been a theme this season. The righty now has just 23 strikeouts in 40.1 innings pitched to go along with a 5.58 ERA. Those numbers aren't going to grab the attention of fantasy managers, and they're a ways off from the 2.73 ERA and 8.2 K/9 Davies posted for San Diego last season. He'll look for better results and a return to the win column Sunday against the Cardinals.

Corbin did not factor into the decision against the Cubs on Tuesday after surrendering three runs on nine hits and a pair of walks while striking out four across five innings.

Making his first start against the Cubs in a Nationals uniform, Corbin was unable to silence their bats, scattering a season-worst nine hits in the process. Chicago made its way onto the scoreboard in the third frame with a two-run single off the bat of Willson Contreras. Trouble struck again in the fifth inning with another RBI single, this time by Kris Bryant. Corbin, who had been activated from the paternity list ahead of Tuesday's start, has compiled a 6.10 ERA and 1.45 WHIP across eight starts this season. The southpaw is projected to take the mound again at home Sunday against Baltimore.

Gonsolin (shoulder) will report to Triple-A Oklahoma City this week for a rehab assignment and could start Friday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

The 27-year-old is expected to cover two innings in his first rehab start as he builds up to a starter's workload. The Dodgers previously said they want the right-hander up to at least four innings before bringing him back from the shelf, so he's ticketed for at least a few starts in the minors. Gonsolin was also transferred to the 60-day injured list Monday, so he isn't eligible to be activated until May 31.

Walker's (side) MRI came back clean Tuesday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Walker left his start Monday against Atlanta with left side tightness, an issue he's apparently been dealing with for a few weeks. He hasn't been placed on the injured list, however, so the clean MRI could mean he doesn't wind up missing any starts. Walker is tentatively lined up to make his next start Sunday in Miami, but due to an off day Thursday, the Mets could get by with a four-man rotation until May 25 if the right-hander requires more recovery time.

Martinez (ankle) could return from the injured list this weekend or early next week, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

Martinez pitched through a twisted ankle during his May 8 start against the Rockies. While he originally didn't expect to miss any starts, he's already missed one turn in the rotation and will probably miss one more before being activated.
