Peralta (4-2) earned the win Sunday against the Cubs, allowing four hits and issuing a walk over six scoreless innings. He struck out seven.

With this 89-pitch performance, Peralta tallied his second consecutive quality start and third total of the season. The Cubs were unable to square up the Milwaukee right-hander, who scattered four singles. Through 45.1 innings, Peralta has pitched to a magnificent 2.18 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 48:15 K:BB. He lines up to make his next start against the Rays on the road next weekend.

Heaney (2-3) took the loss Sunday against San Diego, allowing four runs on eight hits and four walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out three.

After pitching to a 1.72 ERA in his first five starts this season, Heaney's now given up eight runs in just 8.1 innings over his last two outings. The left-hander's ERA is consequently up to 3.18 with a 1.11 WHIP and 34:13 K:BB across 39.2 innings this year. Heaney will look to get back on track in his next start, currently scheduled for next week against Atlanta.

Kolek (1-0) earned the win Sunday against the Pirates, allowing four hits and two walks over 5.1 scoreless innings. He struck out four.

It was a strong season debut for the 28-year-old Kolek, who held the Pirates to just four singles en route to a victory. Kolek made 42 appearances out of the bullpen for San Diego last year, pitching to a 5.21 ERA with a 1.52 WHIP and 39:12 K:BB across 46.2 regular-season innings. Kolek figures to stick around as the Padres' fifth starter following Sunday's performance. He'd line up for a road matchup in Colorado in his next outing.

Imanaga was diagnosed with a left hamstring strain after being removed from Sunday's game against the Brewers, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The left-hander suffered the injury during the sixth inning while attempting to cover first base on an attempted double play. Imanaga pitched well prior to the injury and finished with two runs allowed and four strikeouts across 5.2 innings. The severity of the strain isn't yet known, leaving his availability for his next turn through the rotation up in the air.

Cabrera did not factor into the decision Sunday against the A's, allowing two runs on seven hits and a walk over 5.2 innings. He struck out four.

While it wasn't a dominant outing from Cabrera, the right-hander did a nice job of limiting the A's to a pair of second-inning runs while issuing just one walk, a season low. Cabrera now sports a 6.29 ERA through five starts (24.1 innings) this year with a 1.68 WHIP and 24:12 K:BB. He's currently scheduled for a road matchup with the White Sox in his next outing.

Imanaga was removed from his start Sunday against the Brewers midway through the sixth inning due to an apparent leg injury, Maddie Lee of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. He struck out four batters and was charged with two earned runs on four hits and one walk over 5.2 innings before departing.

The Cubs haven't provided an official word on Imanaga's injury, but the lefty was moving around with a noticeable limp after covering first base as the defense unsuccessfully tried to turn a double play. Reliever Julian Merryweather came on in relief and allowed both of his inherited baserunners to score to break a 0-0 tie, so Imanaga will likely be on the hook for a loss unless the Cubs offense can rally over the final three innings. Expect the team to provide an update on the nature and severity of Imanaga's injury after the game, leaving his availability for his next turn through the rotation next weekend versus the Mets up in the air for the moment.

The Diamondbacks recalled Henry from Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

The left-hander will join the Diamondbacks for the first time in 2025 with Corbin Burnes (shoulder) and Merrill Kelly (hamstring) banged up. Burnes isn't starting Monday as scheduled, which is expected to result in Ryne Nelson making his first start of the season. Henry, who has an 8.53 ERA through six starts with Reno this year, is joining Arizona to provide some length out of the bullpen.

The Padres recalled Kolek from Triple-A El Paso ahead of his scheduled start Sunday in Pittsburgh.

David Morgan was optioned to Triple-A El Paso to make room on the 26-man active roster for Kolek, who will step in as the Padres' new No. 5 starter after Kyle Hart was previously demoted to Triple-A on April 24. Over his five outings with El Paso on the season, Kolek submitted a 6.38 ERA and 1.54 WHIP over 24 innings in the hitter-friendly Pacific Coast League, but a 20:4 K:BB paints a more favorable picture of his overall performance. The 28-year-old righty should have an opportunity to make multiple turns through the rotation for the Padres, as Yu Darvish's (elbow) return from the injured list is not considered imminent.

The Mets selected Tidwell's contract from Triple-A Syracuse ahead of his scheduled start in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader with the Cardinals in St. Louis.

Tidwell is making his MLB debut in a spot start to give the Mets' rotation extra rest before he returns to Syracuse. Over his six Triple-A outings in 2025, the 23-year-old righty has delivered a 5.00 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 37:10 K:BB across 27 innings.

Schwellenbach (1-3) took the loss against the Dodgers on Saturday, allowing six runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out four batters over 3.2 innings.

Schwellenbach began his outing with a scoreless first frame, but he struggled mightily after that. The right-hander gave up a run in the second and two more in the third before Los Angeles blitzed him for three two-out runs (one of which scored after he departed) in the fourth. It was the second time this season Schwellenbach has yielded six runs in an appearance, though he's notched a quality start in each of his other five outings. He'll carry a 3.92 ERA into his next trip to the mound, which is slated to be a home matchup against Cincinnati next week.
