Bibee did not factor into the decision in Sunday's game against the Astros, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out six across 6.1 innings. He did not issue a walk.

Bibee kept the Astros off the board through the first six innings. He looked to be in line for the win with the Guardians up 2-0, but he yielded a two-run double to Cam Smith in the seventh before being pulled. Bibee is up to six quality starts this season and boasts a 3.81 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 62:23 K:BB across 75.2 innings, but the 14 home runs he's allowed are fourth-most in the American League. He's slated to start against the Mariners on the road next weekend.

Wheeler (personal) is scheduled to come off the paternity list to start Monday against the Cubs, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Wheeler's last start came versus Atlanta on May 29, when he surrendered six earned runs across 5.1 frames in his worst outing of the season. The right-hander has stepped away from the team for most of the past week to be with his growing family, but he's set to rejoin the rotation for Monday's series finale versus Chicago.

Imanaga (hamstring) completed a 37-pitch bullpen session Saturday and is expected to make a rehab start in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on Tuesday, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.

The left-hander has been on the shelf just over a month due to a strained left hamstring, but he's now entered the final stage of his rehab program. Imanaga built up to 39 pitches in his last live batting practice session, so he may need an additional rehab outing after Tuesday before rejoining the Cubs.

Rasmussen allowed two runs on six hits and a walk in a no-decision Sunday against Miami. He struck out three.

While Rasmussen's four-start scoreless streak ended in the first inning Sunday, the right-hander was able to settle in and hold the Marlins to one run over his final five frames, picking up a fourth quality start in his last five outings. The 29-year-old Rasmussen's ERA sits at 2.22 through 13 starts (69 innings) this year with a 0.90 WHIP and 59:14 K:BB. He's currently slated to face the Mets on the road in his next outing.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts indicated Sunday that scans of Gonsolin's injured right elbow showed that his UCL is intact, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Gonsolin underwent Tommy John surgery late in 2023, and there was concern about the health of his UCL when he experienced right elbow discomfort following his most recent start June 5. Despite the good news, Gonsolin will stop throwing for an undetermined period. He was placed on the 15-day IL on Saturday, but it's not clear how long he will be out of action.

Woods Richardson was scratched from his scheduled start for Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday and is expected to join the Twins' rotation this week, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Pablo Lopez (shoulder) landed on the injured list Thursday and Zebby Matthews (shoulder) did so Sunday, so Minnesota is in need of some rotation help. Woods Richardson is a logical candidate to fill the void, as he opened the campaign in the starting rotation and posted a 5.02 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 35:14 K:BB across 37.2 innings (eight outings) before being demoted in mid-May.

Heaney was dealing with left calf cramping when he exited Saturday's game against the Phillies, Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Heaney delivered six strong innings, allowing one earned run on four hits and no walks before being pulled. He threw an errant pitch against Nick Castellanos and was lifted immediately afterward, creating some concern of an arm injury that proved to be unfounded.

The Cardinals recalled McGreevy from Triple-A Memphis to start Sunday against the Dodgers.

The right-hander made his season debut in early May with 5.2 scoreless frames for the Cardinals and will take the mound again Sunday in a tough matchup versus Los Angeles. McGreevy is one of the organization's top prospects and has pitched well at Memphis this season with a 2.78 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 58:12 K:BB across 55 innings. According to John Denton of MLB.com, manager Oliver Marmol has already indicated that McGreevy is likely to stick with the Cardinals beyond Sunday's contest.

The Astros recalled Walter from Triple-A Sugar Land to start Sunday's game against the Guardians, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

The left-hander is joining the Astros to start Sunday and give Lance McCullers some extra rest between outings. Walter made his season debut for the Astros on May 20 in Tampa Bay and covered five scoreless frames, and he's enjoyed a dominant campaign at Sugar Land with a 2.08 ERA, 0.76 WHIP and 49:7 K:BB across 47.2 innings.

The Twins placed Matthews on the 15-day injured list Sunday due to a right shoulder strain.

Though he pitched effectively this past Wednesday against the Athletics en route to claiming his first big-league win of the year, Matthews apparently came out of that outing with a shoulder injury. The loss of the right-hander is the second big blow to the Minnesota rotation in less than a week, after Pablo Lopez was shelved Thursday due to a right teres major muscle strain that will likely keep him out for 2-3 months. The Twins haven't named a replacement for Matthews, but Simeon Woods Richardson could be summoned from Triple-A St. Paul to fill the void.
