Crawford (suspension) is starting Monday's game against the Padres.

Crawford missed the Mariners' series against Oakland over the weekend while serving his four-game suspension, but he'll start at shortstop and bat second Monday. He hit just .128 with two doubles, four RBI and three runs over the 10 games leading up to his suspension but will reclaim his role as the team's primary shortstop now that he's back in action.

Arcia isn't starting Monday against the Cardinals.

Arcia started in the last four games and went 1-for-13 with three RBI, two walks and six strikeouts. Phil Gosselin will take his place at the keystone and bat eighth Monday.

Bogaerts (thigh) isn't starting Monday's game against the Rays, Christopher Smith of The Springfield Republican reports.

Bogaerts received seven stitches after sustaining a left thigh laceration Sunday against the Cubs, and he'll be out of the lineup for at least one game. He's being labeled as day-to-day, but Christian Arroyo will start at shortstop and bat eighth Monday.

Berti isn't starting Monday's game against the Nationals, Joe Frisaro of ManOnSecondBaseball.com reports.

Berti is resting after he hit .148 with a double, four RBI, three runs and four stolen bases over the last seven games. Luke Williams will take his place at the keystone and bat eighth.

Wendle went 1-for-4 with an RBI, a stolen base and a walk in Sunday's 7-4 extra-inning win over the Nationals.

Wendle recorded hits in both of his games after being activated from the 10-day injured list Friday, and he tallied his fifth stolen base of the season during Sunday's matchup. Over his last two games, the 32-year-old has gone 3-for-8 with two RBI, a run, a stolen base and two walks.

Turner went 3-for-4 with an RBI double in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Padres.

Back-to-back doubles in the first inning from Mookie Betts and Turner led to the Dodgers' opening run. That held up for the next seven frames as the only scoring before the Padres rallied in the ninth. During Betts' absence, Turner scorched the ball, batting .338 with an .891 OPS from the leadoff spot over 15 contests. He moved down to second in the order Sunday after regularly batting third prior to the roster shakeup. Turner has a stellar .312/.360/.490 slash line, 11 home runs, 16 stolen bases, 58 RBI and 43 runs scored through 78 games this year.

Bogaerts (thigh) is considered day-to-day after receiving seven stitches Sunday, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.

Bogaerts was diagnosed with a left thigh laceration after being spiked on a steal attempt in the bottom of the seventh inning, and the issue was apparently severe enough to require stitches. However, it seems as though he could avoid a trip to the injured list since he's being labeled as day-to-day.

Pena went 4-for-5 with a two-run home run and a solo shot during Sunday's 4-2 win against the Angels.

After flying out in his first at-bat, Pena got Houston on the board with a solo shot in the fourth inning, reached on singles in the fifth and seventh and crushed a walkoff two-run blast to center off Los Angeles reliever Ryan Tepera in the ninth. The 24-year-old had been slumping of late -- going 5-for-26 over his last six games -- but broke out in a big way with his first career four-hit game and his second and third homers since the start of June. The exceptional performance boosted Pena's line to .279/.328/.479 with 11 home runs, 33 runs and 30 RBI in 60 games.

Rockies general manager Bill Schmidt said Sunday that Tovar has played just one game during Double-A Hartford's homestand this week on account of a groin injury, Patrick Lyons of TheDNVR.com reports.

Schmidt downplayed the groin issue, indicating that the Rockies are granting the 20-year-old infielder some extra rest as a matter of precaution to ensure the injury doesn't evolve into a longer-term concern. Tovar has backed up his status as one of the Rockies' top prospects this season by slashing .314/.383/.542 with 29 extra-base hits and 17 stolen bases across 295 plate appearances at Hartford.

Bogaerts was spiked on a steal attempt in the bottom of the seventh inning Sunday and is apparently dealing with a cut on his left thigh. The 29-year-old should be considered day-to-day for now, while Christian Arroyo should see an uptick in playing time if Bogaerts is sidelined.
