Ahmed went 4-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI in Thursday's 7-4 loss to the Brewers.

Ahmed is putting an abysmal start to the season behind him, as the shortstop has heated up since late May. He was batting just .187 as of May 23 but since then has gone 14-for-34 (.412) over nine games, upping his average to .236 for the season.

Swanson went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Nationals.

Swanson was part of a four-run sixth inning Thursday by swatting his 10th home run of the season. The 27-year-old extended his hit streak to 12 games, and he's now homered in back-to-back contests.

Mondesi (hamstring) isn't starting Thursday's game against the Twins.

Mondesi was removed from Monday's game as a precautionary measure and was reportedly feeling better Tuesday, but he'll miss a second straight contest due to his hamstring issue. Hanser Alberto will start at shortstop and bat eighth.

Seager (hand) will travel with the Dodgers on their upcoming six-game road trip, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Seager recently shed his cast and has been fielding grounders with just his glove hand, per Matthew Moreno of Dodger Blue, but he is still wearing a splint. The shortstop has been able to take part in some baseball activities, though he's isn't yet able to take two-handed swings. Seager remains at least two weeks away from a return.

Correa is getting a routine day off Thursday against the Red Sox, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

He has been on a bit of a heater, slashing .301/.431/.518 with four home runs and more walks (19) than strikeouts (14) over his last 23 games. Aledmys Diaz will start at shortstop and hit second.

Camargo was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett on Thursday.

Camargo continues to bounce on and off the fringe of Atlanta's roster, with his latest stint in the big leagues lasting less than a week. He's gone 0-for-15 at the plate thus far this season. Tucker Davidson was recalled in a corresponding move.

Cruz went 4-for-5 with a homer, four RBI and three stolen bases in a 9-4 win over Richmond on Wednesday.

After a slow start for Double-A Altoona, Cruz has strung together a seven-game hitting streak during which he's gone 11-for-30 with three homers and five stolen bases. On the downside, the 22-year-old has already made eight errors in 22 games while playing shortstop exclusively, so a move to the outfield may still be in the offing. After a lackluster showing in spring training, Cruz is building back his prospect tag and could become a candidate for promotion to Triple-A this summer.

Swanson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Nationals.

His second-inning shot off Jon Lester got Atlanta on the board and extended Swanson's hitting streak to 11 games, a stretch during which he's slashing .372/.378/.767. The streak has boosted his batting average on the season to .239, and the shortstop also has nine homers, two steals, 22 runs and 23 RBI through 53 contests.

Bichette went 1-for-4 with a walk, a triple and two RBI in Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Marlins.

The shortstop struck out three times earlier in the game but came through when it counted, scorching a two-run triple into the right-field corner off Miami closer Yimi Garcia in the ninth inning to tie the game up and set the stage for a walkoff win. Bichette's .262/.314/.475 slash line on the season remains below expectations, but he's been plenty productive with 11 homers, seven steals, 34 RBI and 44 runs through 54 games.

Lindor went 3-for-5 with two runs scored in Wednesday's 7-6 win over Arizona.

All three of the shortstop's hits were singles. He scored on a James McCann home run in the first inning and Pete Alonso's go-ahead RBI single in the ninth. Lindor is on a five-game hitting streak, going 9-for-23 (.391) in that span. He's beginning to warm up after an ice-cold start to his Mets career. For the year, the 27-year-old is slashing .209/.300/.316 with four home runs, 12 RBI, 25 runs scored and four stolen bases across 205 plate appearances.
