Correa went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Sunday against the Red Sox.

Correa took Chris Sale deep in the third inning to record his 11th home run of the season. He has now reached base in eight consecutive starts, highlighted by three multi-hit games. After battling injury for much of last season, Correa has rebounded to post an excellent .295/.357/.578 line across 185 plate appearances this season.

Baez was lifted early from Sunday's action with a heel contusion, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

Baez exited the game in the sixth inning after apparently tweaking his ankle making a charging defensive play earlier in the contest. He was ultimately diagnosed with a heel contusion, though there is still no timetable on his return. His next chance to return to action will come Monday against the Phillies.

Baez exited Sunday's contest against the Nationals early with an apparent ankle injury, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

Baez twisted his right ankle making a charging defensive play earlier in the game. However, he stayed in the contest for a few innings prior to being pulled with the Cubs up 6-1 in the sixth inning. His removal was viewed as a precaution, though there's no formal word on his status yet. Addison Russell took over at shortstop in his place.

Story went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Colorado's 7-5 loss to the Phillies on Sunday.

It was his only hit on the day, but Story made it count, touching up Jerad Eickhoff with a two-run blast in the fifth inning. He's now slashing .266/.330/.484 with 10 homers and 30 RBI through 184 at-bats.

Crawford is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at Arizona, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Crawford has started 28 of the last 29 games but will head to the bench Sunday as he has an ugly .186/.266/.289 slash line in that span. Donovan Solano will start at shortstop and bat second in Sunday's series finale.

Herrera will start in center field and bat eighth Sunday against the Mets, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Herrera was originally scheduled to ride the bench for the fifth time in six games, but Jon Berti (oblique) was a late scratch, thrusting him into the lineup. The 26-year-old could see an uptick in playing time going forward, depending on the severity of Berti's injury.

Berti was scratched from Sunday's lineup against the Mets with a left oblique strain, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Berti was scheduled to lead off and start in center field Sunday for the fifth time in six games. The severity of the injury is unknown, as is whether the 29-year-old will be available off the bench. Rosell Herrera will take over in center field in his absence.

Diaz (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The Astros have classified Diaz's hamstring strain as a minor one, but the injury will nonetheless keep him on the bench for a second straight contest. Yuli Gurriel will receive the start at second base with Diaz considered day-to-day and Jose Altuve (hamstring) still stuck on the injured list.

DeJong went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, two runs scored, two RBI and a walk in Saturday's 8-2 win over the Rangers.

DeJong powered the offense as he drove in runs across three separate innings. The 25-year-old was without an extra-base hit since last Saturday and entered the afternoon with only three since the start of May. DeJong still sports a fantastic .322/.413/.563 slash line with eight homers and 23 RBI in 46 games.

Diaz will sit Saturday against the Red Sox due to a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The injury forced Diaz to leave Friday's contest early and will keep him out for at least one more game, but he doesn't expect to require a trip to the injured list. Yuli Gurriel will play second base Saturday, with Tyler White starting at first.
