Adell went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Thursday's 9-4 loss to the Royals.

Adell had been in a slump lately, going 4-for-33 with just one RBI and 10 strikeouts over his previous nine games. The outfielder broke out of the power drought with his solo shot in the second inning. He's up to 37 homers on the year while adding a .237/.296/.490 slash line, 97 RBI, 62 runs scored and five stolen bases over 149 contests.

Farris (1-3) allowed four runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five over five innings to take the loss versus the Royals on Thursday.

Farris got off to a decent start in his big-league career with two strong outings, but he allowed 16 runs (15 earned) over his last three appearances of 2025. He finishes the campaign with a 6.66 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 24:11 K:BB over 24.1 innings across five starts in the majors. The southpaw figures to be in the competition for a rotation spot in 2026.

Perez went 1-for-4 with a three-run double in Thursday's 9-4 win over the Angels.

Perez's bases-clearing double in the ninth inning gave the Royals some extra breathing room. The knock was enough to give him 100 RBI on the year, a mark he's reached in three of the last five seasons. The catcher has plated nearly one-fifth of his total over his last 11 games, supplying 19 RBI in that span. He's one of 14 players to reach 100 RBI this season through Thursday's action. Perez has added a .241/.286/.454 slash line, 30 home runs, 54 runs scored and 35 doubles across 152 contests.

Messick (3-1) took the loss Thursday against the Tigers, giving up four runs on six hits and a walk while striking out seven over five innings.

Messick fell victim to the long ball throughout Thursday's outing, surrendering a leadoff homer to Jahmai Jones and another blast two batters later to Wenceel Perez before later giving up yet another solo shot to Riley Greene in the fourth. The barrage was uncharacteristic as the right-hander had allowed just one homer through his first six starts (34.2 innings). Messick has also failed to complete six innings in back-to-back outings after doing so in four of his first five. The loss was a costly one for Cleveland, as it pulled Detroit even with them atop the AL Central. The 24-year-old will finish the regular season with a 2.72 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 38:6 K:BB across 39.2 innings.

Massey went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Thursday's 9-4 win over the Angels.

Massey hadn't been in the lineup since Saturday, with two of his three games out of the lineup coming against left-handed pitchers. The lefty-hitting second baseman has two multi-hit efforts over his last three games but looks set to end the year in a timeshare as the Royals also try to keep Adam Frazier and Jonathan India involved at the keystone. Massey has posted an uninspiring .233/.258/.300 slash line with three home runs, two steals, 19 RBI and 17 runs scored over 268 plate appearances this season.

Witt went 4-for-5 with two doubles, one RBI and two runs scored in Thursday's 9-4 win over the Angels.

Witt continues to wield a hot bat -- he has gone 16-for-45 (.356) over his last 10 games, a span that includes six multi-hit efforts. Eight of his knocks in that span have gone for extra bases. The shortstop is up to a .296/.352/.504 slash line with 23 home runs, 85 RBI, 99 runs scored, 37 stolen bases, 46 doubles and six triples across 154 contests this season.

Pasquantino went 1-for-4 with a home run, a walk, three total RBI and two runs scored in Thursday's 9-4 win over the Angels.

Pasquantino made an early impact with his two-run homer in the first inning, and he added a third RBI in the third. The first baseman has put it all together in September, batting .314 (27-for-86) with four homers, 17 RBI and 15 runs scored over 22 contests this month. For the season, he has a .267/.326/.479 slash line with 32 homers, 111 RBI, 72 runs, 31 doubles and a stolen base over 157 games.

Lorenzen (7-11) allowed two runs on five hits and struck out nine without walking a batter over 5.2 innings to earn the win over the Angels on Thursday.

Lorenzen came up an out short of a quality start, but he was able to secure consecutive wins for just the second time all season. The nine strikeouts were a season high for the right-hander. He wraps up 2025 at a 4.64 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 127:39 K:BB through 141.2 innings across 27 appearances (26 starts).

Festa was set to receive Botox injections Thursday to alleviate a compressed nerve between his right shoulder and neck, the Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

He avoided surgery for a mild version of thoracic outlet syndrome after visiting a specialist and could have a normal offseason if all goes well. Festa posted a 5.40 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 53:19 K:BB over 53.1 innings for the Twins this season. If healthy, he'll likely be in the mix for a spot in the rotation next spring.

Arozarena went 2-for-5 with two RBI and one stolen base in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Rockies.

This was Arozarena's first multi-hit effort since Sept. 11 versus the Angels. In the 11 games in between, he went just 3-for-44 (.068) with a 3:19 BB:K. That has done some damage on his rate stats for the season -- he now sits at a .235/.331/.424 slash line with 27 home runs, 29 steals, 76 RBI and 93 runs scored through 157 contests. Despite the recent slump, he has remained the Mariners' leadoff hitter during the team's 17-1 stretch that began Sept. 6 in Atlanta.
