Baz did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Guardians, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk with eight strikeouts over five innings.

Baz allowed two runs in the fourth inning but was otherwise sharp, throwing 55 of 82 pitches for strikes while racking up 17 whiffs. The 26-year-old has turned in two quality starts over his past three outings, giving up just five earned runs with a 21:5 K:BB over the entirety of that span. He'll carry a 4.94 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 164:57 K:BB across 155 innings into a road matchup with the Cubs next weekend.

Kremer's MRI on his right forearm came back clean, though he'll miss his next start, Danielle Allentuck of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Kremer exited Friday's start against the Dodgers after three innings due to right forearm discomfort. A subsequent MRI returned negative, but Kremer is going to have his next turn skipped. However, if the veteran hurler feels okay after he resumes throwing, he could avoid an IL stint.

Raleigh went 1-for-5 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Saturday's 10-2 win over Atlanta.

Raleigh added to his historic campaign, belting his 52nd homer of the season. The All-Star backstop has opened the month of September with a five-game hitting streak, smashing two long balls during that span. Raleigh has easily been fantasy's top catcher in all settings in 2025, slashing a robust .242/.351/.578 with 19 doubles, 110 RBI, 92 runs scored and 14 stolen bases in addition to the 52 round-trippers across 613 plate appearances.

Bibee opened with four scoreless frames before giving up a run in both the fifth and sixth innings. The 26-year-old notched his first quality start since July 21 and just his second outing in his past eight allowing fewer than four earned runs. He'll take a 4.69 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 139:50 K:BB across 161.1 innings into a home matchup with the White Sox next weekend.

X-rays on Basallo's right hand were negative Saturday, Danielle Allentuck of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Basallo had to be lifted in the fifth inning of Saturday's win over the Dodgers after taking a foul tip off his right hand. The rookie backstop was initially announced to have been removed due to discomfort in his right hand, and subsequent X-rays turned out to be negative. That's certainly good news for Basallo, who can be considered day-to-day until more is known about his injury.

Lowe went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Guardians.

Lowe drew a walk in the second inning before putting the Rays on the board with a solo homer in the fifth. The 27-year-old has picked up four multi-hit efforts in his past eight games, piling up six extra-base hits, eight RBI, eight runs scored and a steal in that span. On the season, he's slashing .243/.309/.404 with 10 homers, 37 RBI, 53 runs scored and 17 steals across 373 plate appearances.

Kwan went 2-for-4 with a walk, one RBI and two stolen bases in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Rays.

Kwan swiped two bags for the second straight night, but his biggest contribution came in the ninth when he delivered the go-ahead RBI single. The 28-year-old has hit safely in nine of his past 11 games, piling up four multi-hit efforts in six September contests. For the year, he's slashing .275/.333/.381 with 10 homers, 47 RBI, 70 runs scored and 18 steals across 599 plate appearances.

Smith earned the save in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Rays, striking out two in a perfect ninth inning.

Smith was tasked with protecting a one-run lead in the ninth and retired the heart of the Rays' order on 14 pitches. Since stepping into the Guardians' closer role July 28, the 26-year-old has converted seven of 10 save chances with a 4.00 ERA across 19 outings, though he's held opponents scoreless in 14 of them. On the year, he's compiled 19 holds and 10 saves along with a 3.30 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 85:19 K:BB over 62.2 innings.

Basallo departed Saturday's game against the Dodgers due to right-hand discomfort, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Basallo was hurt in the fifth inning when he was hit in the right hand by a foul tip. The rookie catcher originally tried to remain in the game, but he sailed a practice throw into center field and was subsequently lifted. Alex Jackson replaced Basallo behind the plate Saturday and would presumably be in line to start if Basallo needs to miss time, as Adley Rutschman (oblique) and Gary Sanchez (knee) are both on the injured list.

Bassitt (11-8) took the loss against the Yankees on Saturday, allowing two unearned runs on three hits and three walks while striking out three batters over five innings.

A second-inning error helped the Yankees score the only two runs they managed against Bassitt. Though the righty hurler didn't allow any extra-base hits, that pair of unearned runs was enough to saddle him with the loss. Bassitt is now winless across his past eight starts, though he's allowed more than three runs only once during that span. He'll look to get back in the win column in his next start, which is lined up to come against Baltimore next week.
