Barger went 3-for-4 with two doubles, a home run and two RBI in Thursday's 8-5 win over the Yankees.

Barger opened the scoring in the first inning with a two-out, RBI double before extending the lead to 6-3 in the fifth with a 401-foot solo blast off Clayton Beeter, his 11th this season. The 25-year-old Barger has been red hot at the plate recently, going 7-for-17 with three homers in his last five games. Overall, he's slashing an impressive .272/.332/.521 with 34 runs scored and 32 RBI across 233 plate appearances.

Kwan went 2-for-4 with a walk in Thursday's 1-0 extra-inning loss to the Cubs.

Kwan tallied his 28th multi-hit game of the season, but he was caught stealing for the second time this year. The left fielder was batting a torrid .333 as of May 9, but he's cooled down quite a bit following the hot start to the campaign. Kwan is still batting a healthy .260 over his last 169 at-bats, but he has only two home runs, 11 doubles, nine RBI and 12 runs scored during this 44-game period.

Hoffman earned the save in Thursday's 8-5 win over the Yankees, working around a hit while striking out none in a scoreless ninth inning.

Hoffman's now converted four consecutive save chances while going 7.1 straight innings without allowing an earned run. Overall, the 32-year-old Hoffman is 21-for-25 in save opportunities this season with a 4.58 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 50:10 K:BB across 37.1 innings.

Bassitt (8-4) earned the win Thursday over the Yankees, allowing three runs on eight hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out nine.

Bassitt had to contend with traffic for most of his outing, though he managed to hold the Yankees to three runs while posting his highest strikeout total since April 16 en route to an eventual 8-5 Toronto victory. It was a step in the right direction for Bassitt, who gave up nine runs (eight earned) over just two innings during his last outing against the Red Sox. Overall, the 36-year-old right-hander sports a 4.32 ERA with a 1.39 WHIP and 102:28 K:BB across 18 starts (100 innings) this season. Bassitt is currently scheduled to face the White Sox on the road his next time out.

Neto went 3-for-5 with a home run, a double, a stolen base and three runs scored in Thursday's 5-1 win over Atlanta.

The homer was the 13th of the year for Neto, who broke out of a 1-for-17 skid at the plate over his prior six games. The shortstop has proven to be a strong source of power and speed at a premium position in fantasy leagues to this point. Through 280 plate appearances, Neto is slashing a strong .270/.311/.487 with 13 long balls, 16 doubles, one triple, 49 runs scored and 14 stolen bases.

Schmidt will undergo an MRI on his forearm Friday, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports.

Schmidt was removed from Thursday's game after three innings due to right forearm tightness. The initial diagnosis is certainly concerning, particularly because Schmidt has already undergone Tommy John surgery once, though a clearer timeline for his return should emerge after the imaging comes back.

Springer went 3-for-4 with a pair of two-run homers and three total runs scored in Thursday's 8-5 win over the Yankees.

Springer put the Blue Jays ahead 3-1 with his first homer off Clarke Schmidt in the third inning before extending the lead to 8-5 in the eighth with a 421-foot blast off Luke Weaver. Springer has been on a tear, going 8-for-12 with four homers and 11 RBI in his last three games. Overall, the 35-year-old veteran is slashing .281/.378/.513 with 15 homers, 51 RBI, 49 runs scored and 10 steals across 321 plate appearances this season.

Schanuel went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk in Thursday's 5-1 win over Atlanta.

The 23-year-old first baseman clubbed his eighth long ball of the season with a second-inning shot off Atlanta right-hander Bryce Elder. Schanuel has settled in as the Angels' everyday man at the cold corner this year, starting 83 of the team's first 86 games. Over his last 188 plate appearances, Schanuel is slashing .286/.382/.460 with six homers, 10 doubles, 22 RBI and two stolen bases.

Kayfus was removed from Thursday's game with Triple-A Columbus due to a knee contusion, SI.com reports.

Kayfus suffered the injury in a rundown early in Thursday's game and left immediately. Despite the scare, his exit was deemed precautionary, and he appears to have avoided a serious issue. Kayfus has had an impressive year, hitting .295/.384/.565 across 224 plate appearances and could be ready for his big-league debut at some point this summer.

Enns (1-1) took the loss Thursday against the Nationals, allowing eight runs (seven earned) on eight hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out three.

After turning in five shutout innings against the A's in his first start this year, it was a different story for Enns his second time out. The Nats jumped on the left-hander for five runs in the first inning, capped by a three-run Paul DeJong homer. With Reese Olson (finger) slated to rejoin the Tigers' rotation Friday, Enns likely won't stick in the rotation.
