Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Leads offense in loss Saturday
Arozarena went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run in a loss to the Guardians on Saturday.
Seattle was being shut out until Arozarena connected for a three-run blast in the eighth inning to bring his team to within a run. He absorbed a hit-by-pitch in the following frame to put the tying run on second base, but the Mariners comeback bid ultimately fell short. Saturday's long ball was Arozarena's first in five contests since being activated from the IL on June 23. He's gone 4-for-17 since his return.

Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Could return this week
Arozarena (hamstring) did some baserunning Sunday and could be reinstated from the 10-day injured list ahead of the Mariners' series opener in Pittsburgh on Tuesday, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.
Arozarena has already been cleared to travel with the Mariners for their six-game road trip, but he'll be re-evaluated Monday before the team decides if he's fit to return to action for the series in Pittsburgh. Since Arozarena was placed on the IL last Tuesday, Victor Robles has stepped in as his primary replacement in left field.

Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Heads to IL with hamstring strain
The Mariners placed Arozarena on the 10-day injured list Tuesday due to a left hamstring strain.
The Mariners originally anticipated Arozarena would return to the starting lineup as soon as Wednesday. However, an MRI on his hamstring revealed more inflammation than the team was expecting, prompting Seattle to deactivate him. Victor Robles and Rob Refsnyder are the most likely candidates to receive more playing time in the corner outfield while Arozarena is out, and the Mariners called up Curtis Washington from High-A Everett to provide emergency depth in the outfield.

Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Won't start Tuesday
Arozarena (hamstring) isn't in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Orioles, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Although Arozarena is set to miss a third straight start due to left hamstring soreness, general manager Justin Hollander said the 31-year-old could be available off the bench Tuesday and is likely to return to the starting nine Wednesday. In the meantime, Victor Robles, Julio Rodriguez and Dominic Canzone will form Seattle's outfield trio.

Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Remaining on bench Sunday
Arozarena (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Nationals.
Luke Raley will draw another start in left field while the Mariners keep Arozarena on the bench for a second straight game due to left hamstring soreness. Per MLB.com, Arozarena went through strength tests that indicated an MRI wouldn't be necessary, and he'll likely avoid a stint on the injured list. He'll benefit from a team off day Monday before the Mariners open a three-game home set versus the Orioles on Tuesday.

Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Out of Saturday's lineup
Arozarena (hamstring) isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Nationals.
Arozarena tweaked his hamstring while attempting to leg out an infield single in the third inning of Friday's contest. He'll now miss his first start of the season to allow his hamstring to recover, which will move Luke Raley to left field Saturday while Victor Robles starts in right. Arozarena said Friday that he expects to miss just a couple of days, per Adam Jude of The Seattle Times, so a trip to the IL may not be necessary.
