The Nationals recalled Ribalta from Triple-A Rochester on Monday.

He'll provide Washington with another healthy arm out of the bullpen after right-hander Cole Henry (shoulder) was placed on the 15-day injured in a corresponding move. Ribalta previously made 26 appearances for Washington between the 2024 and 2025 seasons, logging a 7.81 ERA and 2.06 WHIP across 27.2 innings.

Atlanta designated Williams for assignment Monday.

Williams was added to the active roster this past weekend to take the spot vacated by Michael Harris (paternity), but with Harris now back in tow, Williams has been scrubbed from both the 26-man and 40-man rosters. He will likely clear waivers and stay in the organization as utility depth.

The Nationals placed Henry on the 15-day injured list Monday due to a right rotator cuff strain.

Henry may have been pitching through the injury during his most recent appearance in Sunday's 8-6 win over the Brewers. He spotted just four of his 12 pitches on the afternoon for strikes and failed to retire either batter he faced while serving up a game-tying three-run home run to Gary Sanchez. According to Mark Zuckerman of NatsJournal.com, manager Blake Butera said an MRI on Henry's shoulder revealed "nothing too serious," though it's unclear when the right-hander might be ready to resume throwing.

Atlanta activated Harris from the paternity leave list Monday.

Harris was away for the last two games of the weekend series against the Guardians, but he's back as Atlanta kicks off a home series versus the Marlins on Monday. The 25-year-old has collected a .235/.264/.373batting line with two home runs and one stolen base in his first 53 trips to the dish this season.

The Nationals placed Waldichuk on the 15-day injured list Monday due to left forearm tightness.

Waldichuk was pulled early from his relief appearance in Sunday's 8-6 win over the Brewers after skipping a pitch to Milwaukee's Brice Turang and immediately motioning for team trainers to check him out. While the Nationals have determined that Waldichuk is tending to a forearm injury, he'll likely be sent in for further imaging as Washington looks to determine its severity. The southpaw previously underwent Tommy John surgery in May 2024, and even if Waldichuk doesn't require another forearm operation this time around, the Nationals are likely to proceed conservatively with his recovery program.

Jordan is hitting .354 with four home runs, one steal and an 8:2 K:BB in 12 games for Triple-A Memphis.

Even in the worst of times, the righty-hitting Jordan has typically handled left-handed pitching, so it's encouraging to see that three of his four homers have come off same-handed pitchers and he has a .928 OPS against righties, providing some hope that he could eventually earn everyday at-bats. The 23-year-old Jordan continues to split time between first base and third base.

Wrobleski is scheduled to start Monday's game against the Mets at Dodger Stadium, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

As expected, the Dodgers will keep a six-man rotation in place during the upcoming week, clearing the way for Wrobleski to make a second straight start. After making his season debut in long relief March 30 versus the Guardians, Wrobleski scooped up a win in his first start of 2026 last Monday in Toronto while holding the Blue Jays to one earned run on two hits and four walks across five innings.

Triple-A Memphis placed Fitts on its 7-day injured list Monday due to a right lat strain.

Fitts had gotten off to a nice start with Memphis this season, collecting a 1.76 ERA and 11:6 K:BB over 15.1 innings covering his first three outings. He likely would have been the first pitcher to get the call when the Cardinals needed help in the big-league rotation, but now that opportunity could fall to Hunter Dobbins (knee). Fitts is likely to be sidelined several weeks and perhaps longer, depending on the severity of the strain.

Hernandez has a 1.29 ERA, 0.57 WHIP and 15:1 K:BB in seven innings through his first two starts for Single-A Bradenton.

He has a comical 56.0 K-BB% and shouldn't be at Single-A much longer. Hernandez looks the part of a future ace, he just needs to stay healthy on what could be a relatively quick path to the majors, relative to other prep pitchers. Already 19 and turning 20 in June, Hernandez is on track to reach High-A and Double-A before the end of his first pro season.

Young went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs scored in Sunday's win over the Brewers.

The slick-fielding center fielder is adding more value with his bat than usual. Young has hit safely in eight of the last 10 games, slashing .333/.375/.433 over that stretch with three doubles, a steal, three RBI and six runs as part of a surprisingly potent Nationals' lineup that sits fourth in the league in team OPS and in runs scored.
