Webb (14-10) allowed six runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out five over four-plus innings to take the loss versus the Dodgers on Saturday.

Webb matched his shortest start and highest number of runs allowed this season in this poor outing, ending a stretch of five games without a loss. The right-hander is now at a 3.34 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 206:43 K:BB through 188.2 innings across 31 starts. The Giants are in a wild-card race that could go down to the wire, so there shouldn't be any talk of Webb's season ending early as long as he stays healthy. He's tentatively projected to make his next start in a road rematch with the Dodgers next week.

Beck went 2-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Saturday's 11-3 loss to the Padres.

Beck has logged five multi-hit efforts over 12 games in September. He's batting .318 (14-for-44) so far this month, and he's added seven RBI and three steals. The outfielder is up to a .271/.331/.435 slash line with 15 home runs, 17 thefts, 51 RBI and 60 runs scored through 135 contests as the Rockies' primary left fielder.

Curtiss (3-1) came away with the win in Saturday's extra-inning game against the Twins, allowing one hit and zero walks while striking out two batters in two scoreless innings.

Curtiss was called upon in the ninth inning to keep the game tied at 2-2, and he was brought back for the 10th to protect the Diamondbacks' three-run lead, which he did successfully. Curtiss has worked out of the Diamondbacks' bullpen since late June after his contract was selected from Triple-A Reno, and he has a 3.06 ERA and 0.87 WHIP across 32.1 major-league innings this season.

Freeman went 3-for-5 with two doubles and two runs scored in Saturday's 11-3 loss to the Padres.

Freeman had gone just 3-for-32 (.094) over his previous eight games before Saturday's productive performance. The light-hitting outfielder has been decent this season with two home runs, 19 doubles, two triples, 29 RBI, 46 runs scored, 17 stolen bases and a .281/.354/.364 slash line over 104 contests. He has split much of his recent playing time between right field and second base.

Blalock (1-5) allowed five runs on five hits and two walks without recording a strikeout over three innings to take the loss versus the Padres on Saturday.

Blalock continues to look outmatched at the major-league level, but he may get a chance to stay with the big club while Chase Dollander (knee) is on the injured list. Blalock had gone nearly a month between appearances in the majors, but he's now allowed at least five runs in each of his last four outings. He's at a 9.00 ERA, 1.82 WHIP and 22:20 K:BB through 50 innings over 12 appearances (10 starts) for the Rockies this year. He is tentatively projected for a home start versus the Angels next week.

Johnson hit a two-run home run in his lone at-bat of Saturday's 11-3 win over the Rockies.

Johnson entered the game as a pinch hitter for Fernando Tatis in the eighth inning and delivered the Padres' final runs of the game. Johnson has seen limited playing time since the All-Star break, appearing in just 28 games while going 17-for-40 (.425) with four extra-base hits and six RBI. The outfielder has mostly functioned in a bench role this season -- through 68 plate appearances, he has one homer, eight RBI, seven runs scored, three stolen bases and a .371/.409/.484 slash line.

Merrill went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 11-3 win over the Rockies.

Merrill has three homers among eight hits over his last seven games, though he's also struck out nine times in that span. Nonetheless, the outfielder appears to have regained some power that was largely absent for much of the of the campaign. He's now at 12 homers, 57 RBI, 48 runs scored, one stolen base and a .257/.313/.432 slash line through 103 games this season.

Ballesteros went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional run and a walk in Saturday's loss to the Rays.

Ballesteros achieved a big personal milestone in the second inning when he clubbed a solo homer for his first big-league long ball. This was just the second game for the rookie catcher since getting called up from Triple-A Iowa on Tuesday. Ballesteros has gotten limited opportunities in the majors so far, but he's been productive when called upon, slashing .280/.357/.520 with eight RBI and three extra-base hits over 28 plate appearances.

Machado went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, three total RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 11-3 win over the Rockies.

This was Machado's fourth homer in the last 10 games, though he has gone just 7-for-39 (.179) in that span. The third baseman is also up to 25 long balls on the year, a mark he has reached in each of the last 10 full-length seasons. Machado would need an impressive run of power to get back to 30 homers after missing that threshold last year. He's added a .277/.338/.464 slash line with 88 RBI, 85 runs scored, 33 doubles and 13 stolen bases over 149 contests in 2025.

Tatis went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and a second run scored in Saturday's 11-3 win over the Rockies.

Tatis hadn't taken advantage of Colorado's pitching over the first two games of this weekend series, but he broke through with a second-inning homer Saturday. The outfielder is hitting a mild .227 (10-for-44) in September, but he has supplied four homers and eight RBI over 12 games this month. He's up to 22 long balls, 65 RBI, 99 runs scored, 29 stolen bases and a .261/.364/.435 slash line through 145 contests this year.
