Kelly is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.

Kelly has gone 5-for-12 with a double and two RBI over his past five contests, though he has a .200/.250/.244 slash line through 45 at-bats in June. Reese McGuire will receive another start behind the plate Wednesday for the Cubs.

Ritter is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Dodgers.

Since his promotion from Triple-A Albuquerque on June 6, Ritter has been serving as the Rockies' primary shortstop while Ezequiel Tovar (oblique) has been on the shelf. Through his first 60 big-league plate appearances, Ritter has slashed .222/.271/.333 with two doubles, two triples and six RBI. After a stretch of 10 consecutive starts, Ritter will begin Wednesday's contest on the bench while Orlando Arcia gets the nod at shortstop and bats eighth.

Doyle is not in the Rockies' starting lineup against the Dodgers on Wednesday.

Doyle went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts in Tuesday's 9-7 loss to the Dodgers, and he has struggled to a .391 OPS with two steals and four RBI across 82 plate appearances in June. He'll begin Wednesday's game on the bench while Sam Hilliard starts in center field and bats ninth.

Fraley is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Yankees due to a banged-up shoulder, Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19 Now Cincinnati reports.

It's the second straight game on the bench for Fraley, though he likely would have sat for both contests regardless of the injuries since Cincinnati is facing a second consecutive lefty (Max Fried) on Wednesday. The outfielder will have Thursday's team off day to aid in his recovery ahead of Friday's series opener versus San Diego.

Greene (groin/back) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session when the Reds are in Boston early next week, Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19 Now Cincinnati reports.

The right-hander is working his way back from a groin strain and back soreness, and he's recently been receiving treatment and going through rehab work at the team's facility in Arizona. Greene has been sidelined just over three weeks, so it'll likely take some time for him to build his throwing program back up. With that in mind, he seems likely to be out at least through the All-Star break, which ends July 18.

Smith isn't in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rockies, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Smith will grab a seat on the bench Wednesday after going 2-for-5 with a run scored during Tuesday's series opener. While he rests, Dalton Rushing will catch for Yoshinobu Yamamoto and bat ninth.

Young is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.

After making three consecutive starts against right-handed pitching, the left-handed-hitting Young will now take a seat versus a righty (Didier Fuentes) for the second day in a row. With a .642 OPS and 78 wRC+ in 44 plate appearances with the Mets, Young has been a below-league-average hitter since being called up from Triple-A Syracuse on May 24. Given his weak production at the plate and lack of defensive flexibility, Young could be a prime candidate to get demoted to Triple-A when the Mets need to open up a roster spot for Mark Vientos (hamstring), who could be activated from the injured list as soon as Thursday.

Harris (elbow) will start in center field and bat eighth in Wednesday's game against the Mets.

Harris was removed in the bottom of the sixth of Tuesday's 7-4 win after being hit in the right elbow by a pitch, but follow-up X-rays revealed no structural damage. The outfielder apparently isn't contending with much soreness or discomfort either, as Atlanta felt comfortable enough having Harris re-enter the lineup Wednesday. Harris heads into Wednesday's contest having gone just 3-for-35 (.086 average) with no walks and nine strikeouts over his last 10 games.

Pages is not in the lineup for Wednesday's tilt versus the Cubs.

It's a routine day off after Pages started at catcher in both of the first two games of the series. Yohel Pozo will be behind the dish and bat eighth for the Cardinals on Wednesday.

Scott is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's contest against the Cubs.

The left-handed-hitting Scott will get a day off as the Cubs send southpaw Matthew Boyd to the hill. New acquisition Garrett Hampson will patrol center field and bat ninth for St. Louis.
