Bohm went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and an additional run scored in Sunday's 7-5 win over the Twins.

After piling up a career-high five hits in Saturday's meeting with Minnesota, Bohm was back at it Sunday, tying a season high in RBI. The infielder is heating up in a hurry, riding a five-game hitting streak and ripping four extra-base hits over that stretch. Through 487 plate appearances, Bohm is now slashing .242/.300/.384 with 14 homers, 21 doubles, 68 RBI and two stolen bases.

High-A Brooklyn placed Mathis on its 7-day injured list Tuesday due to an unspecified injury.

Mathis will head to the IL for the second time this season, though it's unclear if his latest setback on the health front is related to the injury that kept him out for about seven weeks earlier this summer. The 23-year-old corner infielder -- whom the Mets acquired in the June 25 deal that sent left-hander David Peterson to the Cubs -- debuted for his new organization on July 23 before being reinstated from Brooklyn's injured list Aug. 4. He appeared in just three games for Brooklyn -- going 1-for-11 with a double and 3:5 BB:K -- prior to landing back on the IL a week later.

Lee went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Sunday's 7-5 loss to the Phillies.

Lee blasted his first grand slam of the season to match a season high in RBI on Sunday. The switch-hitting infielder has hit safely in six of his last seven games and has logged multiple knocks four times over that span. Through 478 plate appearances, Lee is slashing a career-best .245/.300/.424 with 18 homers, 66 RBI, seven stolen bases and 54 runs scored.

Swanson (oblique) is set be placed on the injured list, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Swanson was removed from Sunday's 11-4 loss to St. Louis in the bottom of the third inning after torquing the left side of his body on a first-pitch swing in his only at-bat of the day. The severity of the oblique injury is currently unknown, and Swanson will undergo an MRI on Monday. The 32-year-old is likely looking at a lengthy absence, and in his absence, Nico Hoerner is expected to slide over to shortstop.

High-A Brooklyn placed Guzman on the 7-day injured list Aug. 6 due to an unspecified injury.

Guzman is on the shelf for the second time this season after a quadriceps strain previously cost him about six weeks of action while he was with Single-A St. Lucie earlier this summer. After earning a promotion to Brooklyn on July 28, Guzman slashed .393/.438/.536 with a home run over his first seven games at High-A before being shut down.

Duran secured the save against the Twins on Sunday, striking out three while allowing one hit and one walk in a scoreless ninth inning.

Minnesota brought the possible go-ahead run to the plate in the form of Byron Buxton, but Duran fanned his former teammate to close it out for the Phillies. The right-hander has submitted eight consecutive scoreless outings but threw a season-high 33 pitches Sunday, so it's possible he won't be available for Monday's series opener against the Marlins. For the campaign, Duran has a 1.66 ERA, a 1.02 WHIP and a sparkling 62:8 K:BB with 26 saves in 28 attempts over 43.1 innings.

Kremer took a no-decision against the Phillies on Sunday, allowing four runs on five hits and two walks in 5.1 innings. He struck out six.

It was smooth sailing for Kremer on Sunday until the sixth inning, when the Phillies plated four runs to spoil his otherwise strong outing prior to that point. The right-hander has been a solid addition to Minnesota's rotation since coming over at the trade deadline, delivering a 3.12 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 15:5 K:BB over his first 17.1 innings for the Twins. Kremer is set to carry a season 5.40 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 53:16 K:BB across 53.1 frames into a tough road matchup in San Diego.

Painter took a no-decision against the Twins on Sunday, allowing five runs on six hits and three walks in five innings. He struck out two.

Brooks Lee tagged the right-hander for a grand slam in the first inning, but Painter at least managed to settle down and give the Philles some length Sunday. The righty has fared at least slightly better since being recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley, logging a 4.43 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 18:10 K:BB over his last four starts (20.1 innings). Painter is set to take a season 6.43 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 71:34 K:BB across 85.1 frames into a favorable home matchup versus the Cardinals.

The Twins released Salazar on Thursday.

Salazar made 30 appearances out of the Washington bullpen in 2025 but has spent the entire 2026 season in the minors after signing a minor-league deal with the Twins in February. He pitched effectively for Triple-A St. Paul with a 2.05 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 18:10 K:BB in 22 innings, so Salazar shouldn't have much difficulty securing another minor-league contract.

Nimmala (hand) made starts at shortstop for Double-A Rocket City on Saturday and Sunday, going 0-for-6 with two walks and a run scored between the two games.

In just his second game as a member of the Angels organization, Nimmala sustained a hand laceration that kept him out of action for over a week, though he never required a stint on Rocket City's injured list. His ability to play the infield on consecutive days suggests the hand issue isn't a concern for him moving forward.
