Siani was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

The 26-year-old outfielder was claimed off waivers from the Dodgers last month and will now get his first opportunity with the Orioles, replacing Adley Rutschman (concussion) on the active roster. Siani has struggled to a .425 OPS in his time with Norfolk this season (15 games) and will likely fill a bench role while up with Baltimore.

McDonald (2-5) took the loss against the Marlins on Saturday, allowing five runs (three earned) on three hits and three walks with one strikeout over three innings.

McDonald entered the fourth inning in a 2-2 tie but was unable to record an out and was ultimately charged with three runs in the frame. He lacked command, throwing just 39 of 69 pitches for strikes while generating only two whiffs in his shortest outing of the season. He's lost five of his past six starts and has a 6.75 ERA during that span. The 25-year-old will carry a 4.93 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 42:18 K:BB across 45.2 innings into a difficult home matchup against Atlanta next weekend.

The Orioles placed Rutschman on the 7-day injured list Saturday after he was diagnosed with a concussion, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

An errant throw struck Rutschman in the head during Thursday's contest, and he will need some down time as a result of the injury. He will also need to eventually clear concussion protocol before returning to action. With Sam Huff already up providing depth behind the plate, the Orioles will replace Rutschman on the roster with outfielder Michael Siani, who was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk.

Fairbanks earned the save in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Giants, striking out two in a perfect ninth inning.

Fairbanks was called upon to slam the door for a second straight night, needing just 15 pitches to protect a three-run lead. The 32-year-old has now converted his past six save chances, holding opponents scoreless in nine of 12 appearances during that stretch. On the year, he's 11-for-13 in save opportunities with a 6.14 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 31:11 K:BB across 22 innings.

Meyer (8-0) earned the win against the Giants on Saturday, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks with seven strikeouts over five innings.

Meyer threw 66 of 98 pitches for strikes while generating nine whiffs and limiting the Giants to just four hard-hit balls, all of which went for extra-base hits. The 27-year-old has yielded just six earned runs through four June outings, going 3-0 with a 28:9 K:BB over 23.1 innings during that stretch. He'll take a 2.80 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 102:34 K:BB across 90 innings into a road matchup against the Cardinals next weekend.

Walls went 1-for-2 with a double, two walks, one run scored and two stolen bases in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Nationals.

Walls made things interesting in the ninth inning, leading off the frame with a walk before swiping two bases and scoring a run to cut the deficit in half. While the 29-year-old's double was his first extra-base hit in 14 June contests, he's now stolen six bases this month. On the year, he's slashing .218/.321/.285 with nine extra-base hits (no homers), 18 RBI, 24 runs scored and 12 steals across 199 plate appearances.

Crews went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Rays.

Crews singled and scored in the second inning before hitting what proved to be a crucial solo shot in the ninth. The 24-year-old has hit safely in seven of his past nine games, going deep three times with nine RBI and seven runs scored during that stretch. On the year, he's still slashing a lowly .198/.236/.366 with five homers, 15 RBI, 13 runs scored and two steals across 106 plate appearances.

Eovaldi (knee) will start Sunday's series finale against the Padres, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

The Rangers scratched Eovaldi from his scheduled start Saturday due to left knee soreness, but the level of concern within the organization is evidently low since the veteran will end up being pushed back by just one day. Eovaldi has dropped three of his last four decisions, posting a 5.23 ERA and 1.19 WHIP over his last five starts.

Reynolds (groin) will start in left field and bat third in Saturday's game against the Rockies.

Reynolds was scratched from the lineup for Friday's game due to left groin discomfort, though he ended up coming off the bench and delivering an RBI single in his lone plate appearance. Now cleared to return to the starting nine, Reynolds will look continue building his case for a third career All-Star selection.

The Dodgers hope to activate Stewart (foot) from the injured list Monday, Maddie Lee of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Initially expected to miss around three weeks, Stewart has missed twice that much time due to a bone spur in his left foot. However, it seems the right-hander is now on the verge of his return after making four rehab appearances with Single-A Ontario. Stewart missed the start of the season with a shoulder injury and has made just two appearances out of the Dodgers' bullpen so far in 2026.
