Gore (2-2) allowed five runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out five over five innings to take the loss Sunday versus the Mariners.

Gore's control issues from his previous outing didn't return in this one, as he threw 61 of 90 pitches for strikes. However, the Mariners were able to tee off against him, beginning with Rob Refsnyder's solo shot to open the bottom of the first. J.P. Crawford and Randy Arozarena also had two-run blasts in the game, making it Gore's worst outing of the season in terms of runs allowed. The southpaw has been passable to open his Rangers tenure, posting a 4.15 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 35:12 K:BB over 26 innings across his first five starts with his new team. The strikeout upside is there, but Gore's also carried a high walk rate often in his career, and this season's 4.2 BB/9 is an extension of that trend. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Athletics.

Joe went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

This was just the third time Joe has played since the Mariners selected his contract April 8. He has primarily functioned as a bench option, but he was in the starting lineup Sunday to give Josh Naylor some rest. Joe has a 1:3 BB:K over nine plate appearances, and the steal was his first of the season. Moving forward, he's unlikely to see steady playing time, assuming he's even able to stay on the big-league roster.

Singer did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 7-4 extra-inning win over the Twins, allowing three runs on five hits and four walks with two strikeouts over six innings.

Singer allowed runs in the first and third innings but battled despite not having his best command, finishing by retiring the final six batters he faced. It was the second consecutive quality start for the 29-year-old, and he's now yielded three earned runs or fewer in four of five outings this season. He'll carry a 5.32 ERA, 1.65 WHIP and 16:7 K:BB across 23.2 innings into a home matchup against the Tigers next weekend.

Refsnyder went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Refsnyder made an early impact with his leadoff homer in the bottom of the first inning. This was his first start since returning from the paternity list. Refsnyder has done little in a short-side platoon role to begin 2026 -- the homer was his first hit of the campaign, and he's batting just .045 with a 3:5 BB:K across 25 plate appearances. He slashed .269/.354/.484 across 209 plate appearances with the Red Sox in the 2025 regular season. His playing time will likely remain limited, especially if he doesn't show more consistency at the plate.

Crawford went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Crawford went yard in the second inning to extend the Mariners' lead to 3-0 at the time. The shortstop went 4-for-12 with three extra-base hits during this three-game series against the Rangers, which may spark his bat moving forward. On the year, he's hitting .213 with a .723 OPS, one homer, three doubles, six RBI and seven runs scored over 15 games. Crawford was also caught stealing on his lone attempt of the year so far.

Ober did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 7-4 extra-inning loss to the Reds, allowing one unearned run on three hits and four walks with 10 strikeouts over 6.1 innings.

It was an unusual outing, as Ober set season highs in both walks (four) and strikeouts (10) while earning his first quality start of the year. He generated 14 whiffs on 102 pitches and was in line for his third straight victory before the Reds rallied to take the lead in the top of the ninth. The 30-year-old will carry a 4.15 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 24:9 K:BB across 26 innings into a road matchup against the Rays next weekend.

Arozarena went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Arozarena provided the Mariners' last runs of the game with a fifth-inning blast. This was his fifth multi-hit effort over the last 10 games, a span in which the outfielder has gone 13-for-38 (.342) with four extra-base hits, six RBI and two stolen bases. He continues to hit well in the heart of the order, batting .293 with an .829 OPS, two homers, nine RBI, 18 runs scored, five doubles and five stolen bases across 23 contests.

Munoz struck out three and did not allow a hit or a walk during a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Munoz's wild pitch allowed Jake Burger to get on base, but he was stranded there. Munoz has had a couple of abysmal showings in non-save situations, but he's converted all three of his save chances so far while keeping runs off the board in seven of his nine appearances. He's pitched to a 7.88 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 14:5 K:BB across eight innings this season. As long as Munoz continues to lock down saves, his status as closer should hold firm.

Pagan (2-2) blew a save and earned the win in Sunday's 7-4 extra-inning win over the Astros, allowing one run on two hits in the ninth inning. He did not record a walk or a strikeout.

Pagan was summoned to protect a one-run lead in the ninth inning but allowed a run on a one-out double. While it marked his first blown save since his season debut, the 34-year-old wound up with the win after the Reds pushed three runs across in the 10th frame. He's now 6-for-8 in save chances on the year with a 4.76 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 10:6 K:BB across 11.1 innings.

Carroll (back) is expected to start in right field for Tuesday's series opener against the White Sox, Alex D'Agostino of SI.com reports.

Carroll left Sunday's 10-4 loss to the Blue Jays in the fifth inning with lower-back tightness, but he appears to have avoided a significant injury. Manager Torey Lovullo stated after the game that the outfielder will be good to go for Tuesday's matchup with Chicago, putting to bed any concerns about Carroll's long-term outlook. Carroll finished his day at the plate 0-for-2 with a strikeout, bringing an end to his three-game hit streak, but he's still batting .333 with a home run, eight RBI, 10 runs scored and two stolen bases over his last 11 contests.
