• Pacers' George Hill: Alive and kicking Friday

  Hill closed with nine points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and five assists over 18 minutes during Friday's 122-115 loss to the Pistons. Hill made a rare appearance Friday, joining a host of fringe players who also found themselves thrust into larger roles. As is par for the course at this time of the year, the Pacers have thrown in the towel, affording someone like Hill a chance to get some reps in before the season is over. From a fantasy perspective, there is nothing to see here.

• Pacers' George Hill: Scores season-high 15 points

  Hill amassed 15 points (5-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 23 minutes during Thursday's 139-123 victory over the Bucks. With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) all sidelined, Hill played his most minutes since Dec. 28 and posted a season-high 15 points thanks to an extremely efficient shooting night. Haliburton is expected to miss at least two more games, so Hill should continue to be part of the Pacers' rotation during that stretch, though he's unlikely to shoot this well on a nightly basis.

• Pacers' George Hill: Starting Thursday

  Hill will start Thursday against the Spurs. Hill will make his debut with the Pacers as a starter since Tyrese Haliburton (calf) is unavailable Thursday. Expect T.J. McConnell to relieve Hill off the bench.

  Hill isn't listed on the Pacers' injury report and should be available for Monday's game against the Jazz. After being acquired from the Bucks on Thursday, Hill proceeded to miss the Pacers' back-to-back set Friday and Saturday versus the Suns and Wizards, respectively. Now that he's had more time to get acclimated to his new organization, Hill looks like he'll get the chance to dress Monday, though the Pacers may not work him into the rotation unless point guard Tyrese Haliburton (thigh) -- who is listed as questionable -- is unable to play.

  Hill (trade) will not make his Pacers debut Saturday against the Wizards. Hill's next chance to play arrives Monday against the Jazz. There's a possibility he's bought out, though the Pacers are showing a desire to be competitive. Either way, he's not expected to be fantasy relevant in any role this season.
