Yabusele will come off the bench in Friday's game against the Magic. Yabusele got the starting nod for the first time this season in Wednesday's loss to the Cavaliers, during which he supplied 10 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and one steal across 31 minutes. While Andre Drummond is available for Friday's matchup, he is dealing with an illness, and Yabusele will likely play a significant role off the bench behind Joel Embiid.

Yabusele supplied 10 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Wednesday's 114-106 loss to Cleveland. Yabusele moved into the starting lineup, filling for Joel Embiid who was given the night off as part of his injury management plan. With Andre Drummond also sidelined due to illness, it was Yabusele who served as the primary center option, playing at least 30 minutes for just the third time this season. Embiid will likely return for the next game, but given the struggles of Drummond, there is a chance Yabusele moves ahead of him in the rotation at some point in the near future.

Yabusele is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers. The 76ers will be without Joel Embiid (knee) and Andre Drummond (illness), so Yabusele will get the nod at center, making his first start of the season. The big man has been playing well of late and has scored in double digits in three of his last five outings.

Yabusele totaled 19 points (6-14 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and one block in 30 minutes off the bench during Monday's 118-116 loss to the Suns. The 28-year-old big posted his best performance of the season, taking advantage of the continued absence of Joel Embiid (knee) and an ineffective night from Andre Drummond. Yabusele will likely be only the fourth or fifth man in the Sixers' frontcourt rotation once the roster is at full strength, but if he keeps delivering from beyond the arc -- he's 10-for-20 on three-point attempts over the last three games -- he could push his way into a bigger role.

Yabusele produced eight points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 19 minutes during Wednesday's 105-95 loss to the Pistons. Yabusele managed to chip in across the board, delivering a much better performance than in his previous game against the Pacers. Thus far, he is averaging 6.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 0.8 three-pointers in 19.8 minutes per game. Given he is doing this without Joel Embiid (knee) on the floor, the long-term outlook is far from promising.
