  Jackson managed 14 points (5-16 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one steal during Tuesday's loss to Sioux Falls. Although a poor shooting performance from distance, Jackson finished in double figures offensively for a 22nd time across his final 23 appearances. He averaged 21.6 points for the Stars this season.

  The Jazz didn't re-sign Jackson after his 10-day contract expired March 4, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports. Jackson made just one five-minute cameo for the Jazz during his 10-day stint in the NBA. He's since stayed within the Jazz organization and has rejoined the G League's Salt Lake City Stars, with whom he most recently turned in a 45-, 24- and 32-point appearances over his last three outings. Jackson should continue to function as one of the Stars' go-to scorers now that two-way player Johnny Juzang has been seeing more opportunities at the NBA level of late.

  Jackson tallied 24 points (9-17 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three rebounds and one assist during Wednesday's win over the Blue. After pouring in 45 points Monday against the Legends, Jackson continued his superb offensive play by leading the team with 24 points. He's averaging 21.9 points for the Stars this year.

• Jazz's Frank Jackson: Inks 10-day deal with Utah

  Jackson and the Jazz agreed to a 10-day contract Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Jackson appeared in 53 games with the Pistons last season, averaging 10.6 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 22.0 minutes. However, he's spent the entire 2022-23 season in the G League with the Jazz's affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars, since being cut by Phoenix in training camp. Over 33.8 minutes per game with the Stars, the Duke product averaged 22.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists. Considering the Jazz traded away Mike Conley and Malik Beasley at the deadline and recently waived Leandro Bolmaro and Russell Westbrook, the team is thin in the backcourt and could use some minutes from Jackson.
