  • Grizzlies' Trey Jemison: Not starting Saturday

Jemison is not in the starting lineup to face the Thunder on Saturday.

Jemison recorded 38 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks in a two-game span (both starts) in a back-to-back set against Washington and Charlotte on March 12 and March 13. However, he'll move back to the bench with Jaren Jackson (qudriceps) being ready to return to the court. Jemison is averaging 2.7 points and 2.9 rebounds per game when deployed off the bench.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Won't play Sunday

Porzingis (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Wizards.

The Celtics continue to view Porzingis as day-to-day, but he'll end up missing a fifth straight game due to a right hamstring strain. Sunday marks the front end of a back-to-back set for the Celtics, so Porzingis could have a chance at playing Monday versus Detroit.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Sitting out against Minnesota

Collins won't play in Saturday's game versus the Jazz due to rest purposes.

Collins will miss his first game since Dec. 16 due to rest purposes. Walker Kessler and Omer Yurtseven are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Double-double streak snapped Friday

Wembanyama racked up 17 points (4-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 8-9 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals in 33 minutes during Friday's 117-106 loss to the Nuggets.

Wembanyama's streak of double-doubles ended at nine games Friday, but he finished just one rebound shy of keeping it alive, and he also posted strong defensive numbers. Over his past 10 appearances, the French rookie is averaging 21.1 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 4.4 blocks and 2.0 steals while logging 31.1 minutes per game.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Puts up 31 points vs. San Antonio

Jokic logged 31 points (13-19 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and two blocks in 31 minutes during Friday's 117-106 victory over the Spurs.

Jokic didn't come close to a triple-double in this game, and he had to deal with the length of Victor Wembanyama most of the game, but the two-time MVP winner showed his versatility on offense to still find a way to reach the 30-point mark. Jokic has scored 30 or more points in three of his last five games, a span in which he's averaging 27.2 points, 11.2 rebounds, 8.4 assists and 2.0 steals per game.

  • Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson: Set to return Saturday

Thompson (suspension) is available for Saturday's game versus the Rockets.

Thompson is set to return to action Saturday after missing the last 25 games due to a suspension for violating the NBA's Anti-Drug Program. The veteran big man is averaging 4.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 15.4 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

  • Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA

Suns' Jusuf Nurkic: Reaches 20 boards again

Nurkic supplied 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-7 FT), 21 rebounds, two assists and one block in 31 minutes during Friday's 107-96 victory over Charlotte.

Nurkic has reached the 20-rebound mark in each of his last two appearances, as he also grabbed 20 boards in the loss to the Celtics on Thursday, and this was the fourth time he's achieved this feat since the All-Star break. The veteran big man isn't one of the Suns' primary offensive options, but he continues to deliver value thanks to his impressive two-way play. Nurkic is averaging 10.5 points, 15.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.4 blocks per game since the All-Star break.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Absent from shootaround

Gobert (ribs) isn't participating in shootaround ahead of Saturday's game versus the Jazz, Chris Hine of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Gobert is officially listed as questionable for Saturday's contest due to a left rib sprain. However, his absence from shootaround is a bad sign for his availability against Utah.

  • Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Available and starting Saturday

Holmes (toe) is good to go for Saturday's game in Chicago. He'll be in the starting lineup.

Holmes is set to return from a three-game absence due to a left toe sprain. With Marvin Bagley (back) sidelined, the veteran's presence will be needed in the frontcourt. Look for him to take on his usual workload assuming he avoids any setbacks.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Revenge double-double Friday

Collins finished Friday's 124-122 win over the Hawks with 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and one block in 30 minutes.

Facing the team he spent the first six seasons of his NBA career with, Collins led the Jazz in rebounding while recording his 22nd double-double of the season, his best performance in that category since 2019-20. Over 10 games since the All-Star break, the 26-year-old big is averaging 16.0 points, 10.2 boards, 1.6 blocks, 1.4 threes and 1.3 assists while shooting 54.5 percent from the floor and 41.2 percent (14-for-34) from beyond the arc.
