Richaun Holmes C | WAS
Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Out Sunday
Holmes (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Miami.
Coming off a 14-point, 11-rebound double-double in his first start with the Wizards in Friday's loss, Holmes will now be sidelined due to a left big toe sprain. With both Holmes and Marvin Bagley (back) sidelined, the Wizards are lacking in traditional options at center and could deploy Kyle Kuzma as a small-ball option at the position. Holmes' next opportunity to take the court comes Tuesday versus Memphis.

Rudy Gobert C | MIN
Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Late addition to injury report
Gobert is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lakers due to right hamstring tightness.
Gobert and Kyle Anderson (shoulder) are late additions to Minnesota's injury report, joining Anthony Edwards (ankle) as questionable. The Timberwolves' frontcourt would rely heavily on Naz Reid again if Gobert is sidelined for just the third time his season.

Luke Kornet C | SA
Celtics' Luke Kornet: Sharp in win
Kornet closed with 14 points (6-7 FG, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and one block in 20 minutes during Saturday's 117-107 victory over the Suns.
Kornet capitalized on his looks from the field, chipped it on the glass, and brought his signature brand of two-way activity to the Celtics' bench rotation. Xavier Tillman was a healthy scratch Saturday, and it will be interesting to see if he re-emerges in a role Monday against Portland, but Kornet may have moved ahead on Boston's depth chart.

Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Late addition to injury report
Holmes is questionable for Sunday's game against the Heat due to a left big toe sprain, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports.
Holmes is a late addition to the injury report, and his absence could be a significant blow, as Marvin Bagley (back) remains out. If both big men are unavailable, the Wizards won't have a true center to face Bam Adebayo and the Heat, so Kyle Kuzma, Eugene Omoruyi and Anthony Gill would be candidates for playing time as a small-ball five.

Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA
Suns' Jusuf Nurkic: Records another double-double
Nurkic notched 11 points (5-6 FG, 1-3 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 28 minutes during Saturday's 117-107 loss to the Celtics.
Nurkic was efficient on both ends of the court, missing just one shot from the field and grabbing double-digit rebounds for the seventh consecutive outing. Nurkic has four double-doubles over that seven-game stretch, and while his role on offense will diminish once the Suns are at full strength, he's still a threat to record a double-double every time he steps on the court.

Chris Boucher C | BOS
Raptors' Chris Boucher: Logs 16 points from bench
Boucher finished Saturday's 128-118 overtime loss to the Trail Blazers with 16 points (4-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and three blocks in 31 minutes.
Boucher provided much-needed size and agility to the interior during the loss. Recently, he has played well off the bench during Scottie Barnes' (hand) absence, but Boucher has also dealt with his own injuries, minimizing what would have otherwise been golden opportunities with Barnes and Jakob Poeltl (finger) absent. Considering his average of 27.5 minutes over the past two games, Boucher's increased usage should continue if he can stay healthy.

James Wiseman C | IND
Pistons' James Wiseman: Impressive off bench Saturday
Wiseman ended Saturday's 142-124 loss to the Mavericks with 17 points (8-10 FG, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one block in 30 minutes.
Wiseman logged a season-high mark in minutes, and the big man responded with the two-way ability that has characterized him since he entered the league, though this was just his second double-double of the campaign. His numbers were boosted by the fact that Jalen Duren was ejected in the second half, and Wiseman is expected to return to a bench role when the Pistons face the Hornets on Monday.

Daniel Gafford C | DAL
Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Perfect from field Saturday
Gafford ended Saturday's 142-124 victory over the Pistons with 17 points (7-7 FG, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and four blocks over 24 minutes.
With Dereck Lively (personal) away from the team, Gafford returned to the starting lineup and was impressive on both ends of the court Saturday, hitting each of his seven attempts from the field, showing energy on the glass and establishing himself as a disruptive presence on defense. Gafford should hold a secondary role in an offense led by Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, but he'll continue to have value if he remains efficient with his limited touches, as he'll find a way to get his numbers in the rebounding and blocking categories providing he gets enough minutes. Since completing the trade from Washington to Dallas, Gafford has averaged 9.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game while shooting an impressive 73.5 percent from the field.

Deandre Ayton C | LAL
Trail Blazers' Deandre Ayton: Returns with season-high 30 points
Ayton (hand) recorded 30 points (14-25 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 19 rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block across 40 minutes in Saturday's 128-118 overtime victory over Toronto.
Ayton's return from a five-game absence was enough for the Trail Blazers to stop a three-game skid, as he carved up the Toronto frontcourt en route to his best scoring performance of the season. Though Ayton has been outstanding since the All-Star break when available with averages of 22.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks in 32.8 minutes per contest over four appearances, he'll be at risk of missing time over the final month of the season while the Trail Blazers play out the string on another losing season.

Trayce Jackson-Davis C | TOR
Warriors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Strong two-way effort Saturday
Jackson-Davis recorded 11 points (5-5 FG, 1-5 FT), six rebounds, three blocks and one steal in 24 minutes during Saturday's 126-113 loss to the Spurs.
Jackson-Davis moved into the starting lineup, resulting in Andrew Wiggins shifting to the bench. While Jackson-Davis was able to notch his best performance in quite a while, it did little to change the fortunes of the Warriors, who lost their third game in the past four. He is someone to consider adding in standard leagues, although his role is far from certain moving forward.
