  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Hopeful for late-season return

Embiid (knee) remains out indefinitely, but coach Nick Nurse said before Sunday's game against the Bucks that the reigning MVP has gotten positive feedback and remains "really hopeful" for a late-season return, Austin Krell of USA Today reports.

Embiid underwent a procedure on his left meniscus at the beginning of February, but there were conflicting reports about his return timeline. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported Embiid would be re-evaluated in four weeks, while Shams Charania of The Athletic said the big man was expected to miss at least 6-8 weeks. Both of these reports could be true. Embiid's first evaluation may come after four weeks, but he'll presumably need a few weeks to regain his conditioning before being cleared for game action. In a best-case scenario, managers may get Embiid back for the fantasy playoffs, but even in that situation, he may not be operating at 100 percent.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Efficient in win over Knicks

Horford racked up 10 points (5-7 FG), seven rebounds and one block over 26 minutes during Saturday's 116-102 victory over the Knicks.

Horford can impact the game in many ways regardless of whether he starts or comes off the bench, and he certainly made his presence felt off the bench in this game by ending just three boards shy of a double-double. The veteran big man is considered the "sixth starter" in Boston, and while he's had decent performances all year long, his fantasy upside is somewhat limited by the nature of his role, one that has him rest often in back-to-back situations. He's averaging 8.4 points and 6.3 rebounds across 27.1 minutes per game in February.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Solid output in win Saturday

Porzingis had 22 points (7-11 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one block in 32 minutes during Saturday's 116-102 win over the Knicks.

Porzingis' primary responsibility Saturday was to score, and he accomplished that goal by delivering his first 20-point outing since Feb. 11. The star big man seems to be finding his spots and playing better as the season advances. Porzingis is averaging 23.0 points per game in February, which represents his highest average for any single month this season.

  • Jalen Duren C | DET

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Posts another double-double

Duren logged 16 points (6-7 FG, 4-6 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists, four blocks and one steal across 33 minutes during Saturday's 112-109 loss to the Magic.

Another game, another double-double for the big man, who continues to make an impact for the Pistons on both ends of the court. Aside from being extremely efficient with his touches near the rim, Duren was excellent defensively and came just one block shy of tying his season-high output in that category. Duren has five double-doubles over his last seven contests.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Records double-double Saturday

Carter closed with 11 points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal across 22 minutes during Saturday's 112-109 victory over the Pistons.

Carter didn't get many offensive touches in what turned out to be a relatively low-scoring affair, but he made the most of his opportunities, missing just two shots from the field and recording his first double-double since Feb. 2. Carter is firmly entrenched as Orlando's starting center, but it's no secret that he holds a secondary role on offense, and his numbers back that up. He's averaging 12.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 0.2 blocks per game since the beginning of February.

  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Returns to game

Reid (ankle) returned to Saturday's game against the Nets with 6:18 to play in the third quarter.

Reid left the game in the second quarter and walked to the locker room under his own power after appearing to tweak his ankle on an awkward fall. Minnesota never issued an update, so that's a good sign that the issue isn't serious.

  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Goes to locker room

Reid left Saturday's game versus the Nets with an apparent ankle injury with 6:56 left to play in the second quarter and went back to the locker room, Chris Hine of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Reid tried to recover on a defensive play and landed awkwardly on both ankles. He stayed down on the court for a minute before walking gingerly to the locker room under his own power. If he's unable to return, Minnesota will need to rely on Kyle Anderson even more with Rudy Gobert (ankle) sitting out.

  • Moses Brown C | DEN

Trail Blazers' Moses Brown: Out once again

Brown (wrist) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Hornets.

Brown hasn't played since Jan. 1 after undergoing surgery on his left wrist, and the big man doesn't have a clear date to return to the hardwood. As such, fantasy managers shouldn't target him in any format for the foreseeable future.

  • Jay Huff C | IND

Nuggets' Jay Huff: Probable for Sunday

Huff is probable for Sunday's game against the Warriors with right knee inflammation.

Huff's status is unlikely to impact most fantasy formats, as he's averaged 2.9 minutes across 10 appearances.

  • Alex Len C | NY

Kings' Alex Len: Questionable with illness

Len (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Clippers.

Len has a very minor role with the Kings, playing an average of 8.0 minutes across six February appearances.
