Day'Ron Sharpe C | BKN
Nets' Day'Ron Sharpe: Remains out
Sharpe (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Suns.
Sharpe hasn't played since hyperextending his left knee Jan. 7 and still doesn't have a return timetable. He went through an individual workout Monday but still hasn't been cleared for contact, per Evan Barnes of Newsday. Sharpe can be considered week-to-week at this point.

Kristaps Porzingis C | GS
Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Double-double against Indiana
Porzingis notched 17 points (6-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and one block across 31 minutes during Tuesday's 129-124 victory over Indiana.
Making his return from a two-game absence due to a sprained ankle, Porzingis delivered his first double-double since Jan. 2 and his sixth of the season. The veteran big missed five total games in January with various minor injuries, and in the 11 contests he was able to suit up for he averaged 18.3 points, 6.2 boards, 2.5 assists, 2.0 threes and 1.9 blocks while shooting 50.8 percent from the floor and 44.9 percent from beyond the arc. Porzingis' usage has predictably dropped in his first season with Boston while playing alongside the likes of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, but his efficiency has improved, and he's on pace for his best blocks per game average since 2019-20.

Clint Capela C | HOU
Hawks' Clint Capela: Another double-double Tuesday
Capela finished with 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 24 minutes during Tuesday's 138-122 victory over the Lakers.
The veteran center is doing what he can to improve his market value if the Hawks decide to get busy at the trade deadline. Capela has five double-doubles in the last nine games and has pulled down fewer than eight boards only once during that stretch, averaging 11.6 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks while shooting 56.8 percent from the floor.

Jarrett Allen C | CLE
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Questionable for Wednesday
Allen is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pistons due to an illness.
Allen hadn't been included on the Cavaliers' initial injury report that was released Tuesday, so the illness may have been something that surfaced overnight. The Cavaliers will likely wait and see how Allen recovers over the next several hours before making a call on his status ahead of Wednesday's 7 p.m. ET tipoff. If Allen is unable to suit up Wednesday, Evan Mobley would likely slide over to center, which would open up more minutes for guys like Dean Wade and Georges Niang at power forward.

Joel Embiid C | PHI
76ers' Joel Embiid: Slated for MRI on knee
Embiid will undergo an MRI on Wednesday to determine the extent of the left knee injury he sustained in Tuesday's 119-107 loss to the Warriors, Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Embiid had already missed the 76ers' preceding two games with left knee soreness before returning to action Tuesday but leaving with 4:04 remaining in the fourth quarter, when the Warriors' Jonathan Kuminga landed on the center's knee while pursuing a loose ball. Per Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com, head coach Nick Nurse said after the game that the injury Embiid suffered Tuesday isn't a setback related to the previous left knee issue, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the 76ers exercise caution with the reigning MVP over their upcoming stretch of games. A further complicating matter is the league's new rule for season-long award eligibility, as Embiid can miss only five more games before becoming ineligible to win a second consecutive MVP award. The 76ers will await the results of Embiid's MRI before making any decisions on his status, but if he's forced to miss more time as a result of the injury, Paul Reed would likely step back in as Philadelphia's starting center. Additionally, Mo Bamba will likely re-enter the rotation, and forwards such as Marcus Morris, Nicolas Batum and Kenyon Martin could also garner increased playing time.

Nikola Vucevic C | BOS
Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Just misses double-double
Vucevic produced 14 points (5-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals over 36 minutes during Tuesday's 118-107 loss to Toronto.
Vucevic didn't have a prolific performance, but he led the Bulls in rebounds and finished just one board shy of a double-double. The big man recorded five consecutive double-doubles between Jan. 13 and Jan. 22, but he's fallen short of the feat in each of his past three contests. Nonetheless, Vucevic continues to be a reliable fantasy center, recording double-digit points with at least seven boards in each of his 12 games in January.

Joel Embiid C | PHI
76ers' Joel Embiid: Exits game with knee injury
Embiid didn't return for the final four minutes of Tuesday's 119-107 loss to the Warriors after Golden State's Jonathan Kuminga landed on the center's left knee while pursuing a loose ball, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports. Embiid finished with 14 points (5-18 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in 30 minutes prior to departing with 4:04 remaining.
Embiid had missed Philadelphia's last two contests with left knee soreness and appeared to be bothered by it throughout Tuesday's contest, even heading to the locker room briefly earlier in the game. However, his departure from the game looks to be less of a result of the soreness being too much for Embiid to play through and more a matter of bad luck with Kuminga landing on the injured left leg. Regardless, Embiid's status for Thursday's matchup with the Jazz is very much in doubt, as the 76ers could send him in for further testing to determine the extent of his injury. Kenyon Martin checked in for Embiid on Tuesday and finished the game as a small-ball center for Philadelphia, but if Embiid were to miss time, Paul Reed would be the more likely candidate to step in as the team's starting center. Reed previously started the last two games Embiid missed due to the sore knee.

Joel Embiid C | PHI
76ers' Joel Embiid: Good to go against Golden State
Embiid (knee) will play in Tuesday's game versus the Warriors, Chris Haynes of Turner Sports reports.
Embiid will return to action Tuesday after missing Philadelphia's previous two contests with left knee soreness. The superstar center will replace Paul Reed in the starting five. Embiid is averaging 39.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.2 steals in 34.4 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

Jontay Porter C | TOR
Raptors' Jontay Porter: Exits with back spasms
Porter won't return to Tuesday's game against the Bulls due to back spasms, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports. He finished scoreless in five minutes with two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one turnover.
Porter has had some tough luck with injuries throughout his career, and especially so over the past week. An eye abrasion cut short consecutive appearances last week before he returned to play 19 minutes off the bench in Sunday's one-point loss to Atlanta, but Porter's night came to an early end once again Tuesday, this time due to a different health concern. Even if Porter is able to quickly move past the back injury ahead of Friday's game against the Rockets, he could find himself outside of the rotation, as the Raptors are expected to get starting center Jakob Poeltl (ankle) back for that contest. The Raptors would presumably keep only one of Porter or Thaddeus Young in the rotation as Poeltl's primary backup.

Chet Holmgren PF | OKC
Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Questionable for Wednesday
Holmgren is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Nuggets due to a left ankle sprain.
Holmgren assumedly sprained his ankle against the Timberwolves and is now in danger of missing his first contest of the season. Jaylin Williams and Kenrich Williams will likely receive increased playing time if Holmgren is ruled out.
