    Allen (finger) is out for Friday's game against the Wizards.

    Allen managed to practice in full Tuesday, but he's still not yet ready for game action. Thomas Bryant and Dean Wade should continue to pick up the slack in Allen's absence.

    Embiid is listed as probable for Friday's game against the Pacers due to left knee injury management.

    Embiid will once again land on the injury report ahead of Friday's matchup, though it appears this is simply as a precaution. All signs point to the big man being able to suit up Friday.

    Wizards' Alex Sarr: Another absence coming

    Sarr (thigh) will not play Friday against the Cavaliers.

    Sarr will be sidelined for the fifth straight game, and it's not a great sign that he continues to get ruled out 24 hours in advance of games. Look for Marvin Bagley and Tristan Vukcevic to continue to fill the void in the meantime.

    Porzingis has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Pistons due to illness.

    Porzingis will miss a second a second straight game after being rested Saturday against Washington. His next chance to suit up will arrive Sunday against Philly. Onyeka Okongwu will have a good chance to draw another start in Porzingis' place.

    Dante (concussion) will not play Friday against the Pistons.

    Dante is still in the league's concussion protocol and remains without a timetable for a return. His next chance to play comes Sunday against the 76ers.

  • Warriors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Probable for Friday

    Jackson-Davis (knee) is probable for Friday's game against the Timberwolves.

    Jackson-Davis is expected to be able to play through a knee issue, and he should see a bump in minutes in Draymond Green's (personal) absence. Jackson-Davis has averaged 4.3 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 12.7 minutes per night across 15 games this season.

    Grizzlies' Zach Edey: To miss at least four weeks

    Edey will be re-evaluated in about four weeks due to a stress reaction in his left ankle, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

    The star big man is averaging 13.6 points, 11.1 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.1 assists in 25.8 minutes per game while shooting 63.3 percent from the field over 11 games this season. With Edey on the shelf, Jock Landale figures to fill the void at center while Santi Aldama handles more playing time from the bench.

    Bulls' Zach Collins: Expected to play vs. Hornets

    Collins (wrist) is probable for Friday's game against the Hornets.

    The Bulls continue to monitor Collins after the big man underwent offseason wrist surgery. With Jalen Smith (hamstring) also in line to play Friday, the expectation is that he and Collins will share the backup center minutes behind Nikola Vucevic.
