  • Ivica Zubac C | IND

Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Records another double-double

Zubac supplied 21 points (9-9 FG, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes during Friday's 132-100 win over Brooklyn.

Zubac was perfect from the floor and notched his sixth straight double-double, as he continues to establish himself as one of the best two-way centers in the NBA amid what has been a career-best season for the nine-year veteran. Zubac has notched 17 double-doubles in 19 appearances since the All-Star break, averaging 19.9 points, 12.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 blocks per game in that stretch.

  • Nets' Day'Ron Sharpe: Sitting out Saturday

Sharpe (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Wizards.

Sharpe will miss a third straight game Saturday due to a sprained right knee. According to Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com, Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez said Wednesday that the severity of Sharpe's knee sprain was still being assessed, but the team hasn't provided an update regarding a potential timeline for the center's return. As such, Sharpe looks like he'll continue to be evaluated on a game-by-game basis.

  • Nets' Nic Claxton: Resting Saturday

Claxton (rest) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Wizards.

With Saturday's contest being the second of a back-to-back set, Claxton will get a breather after he logged 20 minutes and finished with six points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), five rebounds, two blocks and one assist in Friday's 132-100 loss to the Clippers. Day'Ron Sharpe (knee) is also out Saturday, so the Nets will likely rely on Drew Timme, Trendon Watford and Noah Clowney (illness) to cover minutes at center.

  • Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Double-doubles in Denver

Filipowski posted 18 points (7-12 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 13 rebounds, one assist and two steals across 34 minutes during Friday's 129-93 loss to the Nuggets.

Making his fourth straight start and ninth in 16 appearances in March, Filipowski recorded his 10th double-double of the season while holding his own in a matchup with Nikola Jokic. Filipowski is averaging 15.2 points, 7.5 boards, 2.0 assists, 1.9 threes and 0.9 steals on the month while shooting 53.0 percent from the floor in 25.1 minutes a contest, and with the Jazz seemingly in no rush to get Lauri Markkanen (conditioning) and Walker Kessler (illness) back onto the court, the rookie center could continue to see an elevated workload.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Third straight double-double

Gobert racked up 17 points (8-9 FG, 1-2 FT), 13 rebounds, one assist, one block and four steals in 38 minutes during Friday's 124-109 victory over the Suns.

The 32-year-old center quickly got back into form after developing back trouble right before the All-Star break, which cost him 10 games. Over his last eight appearances, Gobert has recorded five double-doubles including three straight, averaging 11.4 points, 10.5 boards, 1.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks over that stretch while shooting 69.2 percent from the floor.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Stuffs stat sheet Friday

Jokic finished with 27 points (8-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 10-12 FT), 14 rebounds, six assists and four steals in 32 minutes during Friday's 129-93 win over the Jazz.

Jokic finished just four assists away from recording a triple-double, but his ability to fill the stat sheet wasn't the only thing that stood out. The star center will probably most be remembered for the absurd buzzer-beater he sank with a one-handed shot from the Nuggets' three-point line. This was the sixth straight game in which Jokic scored more than 25 points, a span in which he's also recorded three double-doubles and one triple-double.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Questionable to play Saturday

Horford (toe) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Spurs, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

This season, Horford has been a mainstay on the Celtics' injury report due to a left big toe sprain. It's prevented him from playing in both games of a back-to-back set and could cause him to be sidelined for Saturday's contest. Horford's absence would pave the way for Luke Kornet, Neemias Queta and Sam Hauser to see more playing time. Horford has started in each of his last 11 outings and has averaged 11.4 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.9 blocks over 32.0 minutes per game.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Will play against Utah

Jokic (ankle) has been cleared to play in Friday's game against the Jazz.

Jokic is dealing with an ankle issue, but that won't keep him off the floor on Friday. The three-time NBA MVP is coming off a 39-point triple-double against the Bucks and seems to be firing on all cylinders ahead of Friday's matchup against the Jazz.

  • Jazz's Walker Kessler: Sitting out Friday

Kessler (illness) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Nuggets, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.

The star big man will have a few days to recover from the illness, with his next chance to play coming Monday against the Nuggets. In Kessler's absence Friday, the Jazz will likely tun to Kyle Filipowski and Oscar Tshiebwe to cover the available center minutes.

  • Raptors' Orlando Robinson: Coming off bench Friday

Robinson is not in the Raptors' starting lineup against the Hornets on Friday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Robinson started in Wednesday's blowout win over the Nets and finished with 23 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and one block in 24 minutes. He'll revert to a bench role Friday due to the return of Jakob Poeltl (rest).
