Although his numbers have jumped around a bit, his steady involvement has helped him make a case for a roster spot with the 2026-27 edition of the team. After failing to catch on with the Hawks during his rookie season, Plowden has a better spot to continue his career with the injury-riddled Kings. The team is running with a shallow rotation as the season draws to a close, so Plowden's minutes should remain consistent through the final two weeks.

Clifford posted 23 points (9-16 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, six assists and one steal over 39 minutes during Friday's 117-113 victory over the Pelicans.

Clifford started for a third consecutive game and bounced back from a tepid nine-point effort against the Raptors. Clifford's increased involvement could be a preview of next season, as the Kings are likely to unload veteran talent to pursue a high first-round pick.

Edwards (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Friday in the 76ers' 115-103 win over the Timberwolves.

After making seven straight starts and averaging 27.6 minutes per appearance from March 12 through March 23, Edwards had seen his playing time drop precipitously ever since. With the 76ers getting the likes of Paul George, Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid and Kelly Oubre back from extended absences at the end of last month, Edwards had averaged just 8.0 minutes over his four appearances since moving back to the bench before he dropped out of the rotation entirely Friday. Edwards could reclaim a role Saturday against the Pistons if George rests for the second leg of the 76ers' back-to-back set, but Edwards is likely to remain out of the rotation more often than not when Philadelphia is at full strength.

Raynaud had 28 points (11-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-7 FT), nine rebounds and four assists across 29 minutes during Friday's 117-113 victory over New Orleans.

Raynaud's rookie efforts have transformed the future of the Kings' frontcourt. The center will likely headline a youth-based rebuild of the team. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Kings unload Domantas Sabonis to clear some cap room in the offseason, as Raynaud's stellar campaign may have made Sabonis expendable. Raynaud was one rebound shy of hitting his 18th double-double of the season during the win.

Williamson closed Friday's 117-113 loss to the Kings with 13 points (5-11 FG, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal in 29 minutes.

Williamson's usual lines are essential to a productive night for the Pelicans, but he was unable to optimize his involvement in the offense during the loss. After a four-game stretch with totals of 20-plus points, he's failed to hit that milestone in four consecutive games, largely due to a slight reduction in minutes. With New Orleans having nothing to play for, we'll likely see more games in which Williamson will log less than 30 minutes as the season draws to a close.

Bey ended with 20 points (7-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-5 FT), one rebound, three assists and one steal in 29 minutes during Friday's 117-113 loss to the Kings.

Although Bey struggled beyond the arc, he managed a productive evening elsewhere on the court. Bey's numbers have been somewhat volatile this season, but he's managed a serviceable floor over the past 10 games, averaging 19.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.9 assists over the span. His high-water mark of 42 points illustrates his massive scoring potential in the right scenario.

Fears amassed 28 points (10-19 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds and six assists in 37 minutes during Friday's 117-113 loss to Sacramento.

Fears matched a 28-point effort that he also managed against the Kings a month ago. It took 11 more minutes on the court this time around, but he padded Friday's line with five more rebounds. The return of Dejounte Murray (Achilles) has cut into the rookie's production, but his proficiency at the off-guard position has offered additional opportunities. The Washington product has successfully fended off Jordan Poole on the depth chart, giving the Pelicans more flexibility to trade backcourt pieces in the offseason trade market.

Champagnie (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Heat.

Champagnie wasn't included on the Wizards' initial injury report but is now in danger of missing Saturday's contest due to a right knee contusion. If he's ultimately ruled out, Leaky Black and Jamir Watkins would be candidates to see an uptick in playing time.

Christie provided 14 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes during Friday's 138-127 loss to Orlando.

Christie was coming off four consecutive single-digit scoring performances, but he bounced back Friday while also showing an efficient touch with his shot. Christie also drained multiple threes for the first time in his last four games, and he's now drained at least one three-pointer in 13 straight contests. Over that stretch, Williams is shooting 28-for-71 (39.4 percent) from beyond the arc.
