Stafford completed 29 of 49 passes for 457 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Rams' 38-37 overtime loss to the Seahawks on Thursday night. He also rushed twice for six yards. Stafford's outstanding numbers, which included a season-high passing yardage total, ultimately went for naught from a real-world football perspective, but the veteran signal-caller certainly delivered handsomely for fantasy managers rolling with him in their playoff games. With Davante Adams (knee/hamstring) sidelined, Stafford unsurprisingly focused even more attention than usual on Puka Nacua, who he'd end up connecting with on 12 occasions for 225 yards and two touchdowns from one yard (fourth quarter) and 41 yards (overtime) out. Stafford also hit rookie tight end Terrance Ferguson from three yards out with under four minutes remaining in the first half for his third three touchdown-pass tally over the last five games, and he'll next take aim at the Falcons in a Week 17 road matchup on Monday night, Dec. 29.

Stafford completed 24 of 38 pass attempts for 368 yards, two touchdowns and an interception while gaining two yards on one carry in Sunday's 41-34 win over the Lions. Stafford shook off the interception he threw on the Rams' opening drive in order to lift his current club to victory over the team that took him first overall in the 2009 NFL Draft. It was the third time this season that the veteran gunslinger eclipsed 350 passing yards as he continues to show no signs of slowing down. The only concern lies with star WR Davante Adams (hamstring), who aggravated his nagging hamstring injury in the fourth quarter and did not return to the contest. If Adams is unable to make the short turnaround for Thursday's tilt against the Seahawks, then Stafford may be forced to lean heavily on WR Puka Nacua in a tough road environment for Week 16.

Stafford has been one of the best QBs in Fantasy this season and I would not expect that to change in Week 15. He is at home against a Lions defense that is better against the run than the pass. This game has an over/under of 54.5 and the Lions have an implied total of 30. He's the fifth highest priced QB on FanDuel, $1,000 cheaper than QB1 Josh Allen. I would not be surprised at all if Stafford outscores him.

Stafford completed 18 of 28 passes for two touchdowns with two interceptions in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Panthers. He also lost a fumble. The veteran quarterback hit Davante Adams for two more red-zone TDs in the first half, but the Rams' passing game sputtered after halftime as the game slipped away. The picks were his first since Week 3 as he set an NFL record with 28 straight touchdown passes between interceptions, and it was the first time all season that Stafford had given the ball away more than once, but he did extend his streak of games with multiple touchdown passes to six, a stretch in which he's delivered a 20:2 TD:INT. Stafford will look to bounce back in a Week 14 divisional clash with the Cardinals.

Stafford is our consensus number one QB this week, but he still has just the fourth-highest price on the main slate on FanDuel. I have heard some people concerned about touchdown regression. That makes sense, but not if the Rams remain so pass-heavy in the red zone. He leads the league in red zone pass attempts and has 20 passing touchdowns from inside the 10-yard line. I don't expect that to change against the Panthers.
