Van Noy (orbital/groin) did not participate in Wednesday's practice session. Van Noy played through a fractured orbital bone in Week 2 against the Raiders, but he appears to be nursing a groin injury as well. His status for Week 3 against the Cowboys should be clearer later in the week. Van Noy has four tackles, including 2.0 sacks, through the first two games of the regular season.

Van Noy (orbital) is active for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports. Van Noy fractured his orbital bone during the season opener against the Chiefs but returned to practice Friday. The veteran only had one tackle on 18 snaps before exiting that Week 1 game, but he played a big role in Baltimore's defensive success a season ago, recording 9.0 sacks, four passes defensed and two forced fumbles in 14 regular-season games.

Van Noy (orbital) is optimistic about suiting up Sunday against the Raiders, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Van Noy fractured his orbital bone in Week 1 against the Chiefs but may still be able to take the field in Week 2. The veteran linebacker plans to see how he's feeling closer to kickoff before deciding whether he'll be able to play. Clarity on his status likely won't come until the Ravens announce their inactive list at about 11:30 a.m. ET.

Van Noy posted 30 tackles and 9.0 sacks in 14 games with the Ravens during the regular season. The veteran was brought in as edge depth in September and flourished from there with a career-best mark in sacks, besting his previous career high of 6.5 by a good margin. Van Noy and Jadeveon Clowney form a formidable duo off the right side and combined for 18.5 sacks during the regular season as a key component to Baltimore's success on defense. Van Noy is on a one-year deal and will be 32 next season, so it remains to be seen whether he will hit free agency or be re-signed by the club. Either way, Van Noy will be in action for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Chiefs.

Van Noy (calf) does not carry an injury designation into Saturday's game versus the Steelers. Van Noy was limited at practice Tuesday and Wednesday, but he was able to manage a full practice Thursday and put himself on track to suit up in Week 18. He's two sacks away from the first double-digit sack season of his career.
