• Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Bust Alert (Start/Sit)

  Prescott has been a bad Fantasy quarterback so far this season, and it's tough to trust him heading into Week 3 against Baltimore. In two games against the Browns and Saints, Prescott is averaging just 14.2 Fantasy points per game, and the last time he scored fewer than 20 Fantasy points in consecutive games was Weeks 4 and 5 last season. Baltimore's defense once again has been tough on opposing quarterbacks in holding Patrick Mahomes and Gardner Minshew to an average of 15.5 Fantasy points per game so far this year. I would only start Prescott in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues.

• Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Productive in Sunday's loss

  Prescott completed 27 of 39 passes for 293 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions in Sunday's 44-19 loss to the Saints. He added 12 rushing yards on two carries. Despite the final score, much of Prescott's production came in the first half, as Dallas put together a couple long drives but couldn't get the ball into the end zone while the defense was getting obliterated by Alvin Kamara and the New Orleans offense. Neither interception was entirely Prescott's fault, either -- the first came when his receiver stumbled out of his break, and the second came in the fourth quarter when his team was down by three scores and the QB was in desperation mode. Prescott has only two TD passes through his first two games, and he faces a tough test in Week 3 against a frustrated Ravens squad.

  Prescott managed Dallas to a win last week at Cleveland with 179 passing yards and a touchdown, but he should perform better this week at home against the Saints. In his last five home games in the regular season in 2023, Prescott passed for 1,650 yards, 15 touchdowns and two interceptions, and he added 66 rushing yards and a touchdown. He scored at least 21.9 Fantasy points in each outing and averaged a whopping 33.3 points over that span. He also has scored at least 23.6 Fantasy points in four of his past five home openers, so this is a great setup for Prescott in Week 2.

  Prescott's fantasy numbers didn't show it, but he and his offensive line were very impressive in their Week 1 win against the Browns. In Week 2 they face an easier task against the New Orleans Saints. I don't think they'll be able to run the ball successfully, which should mean a high-volume game from Prescott with Fantasy production to match the volume. He's my fourth-highest projected QB on the main slate.

  Prescott completed 19 of 32 passes for 179 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 33-17 win over Cleveland. Prescott dominated headlines before kickoff by signing a four-year, $240 million extension, though he was asked to do relatively little in Dallas' dominant Week 1 win. The team was up 27-3 with 13 minutes remaining in the third quarter, so Prescott took to the air only 11 times for 23 yards in the second half. That sample also hurt his efficiency numbers, but Prescott was able to move the ball when needed by completing a long pass of 34 yards to CeeDee Lamb as well as a 21-yard touchdown to Brandin Cooks.
