  Crowder finished the 2024 regular season with nine catches for 72 yards and two touchdowns in six games, adding three catches for 29 yards in three playoff appearances. Crowder's primary role was on punt returns, but he also scored two TDs in a Week 16 win over Philadelphia, including the game-winner in the final seconds. He missed 11 straight games with a calf injury from late September to mid-December, and he never went higher than 46 percent snap share on offense. Crowder will turn 32 in June and isn't under contract for 2025.

On Washington's initial divisional-round injury report released Tuesday, Crowder was listed as a non-participant in practice due to both the hamstring issue and rest, but only the hamstring issue appears next to his name on Wednesday's report. Crowder is likely just getting some extra maintenance ahead of Saturday's game against the Lions, as Commanders head coach Dan Quinn hasn't suggested that the veteran wideout's status for the contest is in any jeopardy. In the Commanders' wild-card win over the Buccaneers this past Sunday, Crowder started but played just 11 of the team's 73 offensive snaps and finished without a target.

  Crowder (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports. Crowder was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, after playing 20 snaps without drawing a target in the Commanders' 23-19 win over Dallas in Week 18. He'll likely work as Washington's fourth or fifth WR if he ends up playing, as he's been stuck behind Terry McLaurin, Olamide Zaccheaus and Dyami Brown. The bigger concern for Washington might be punt returns -- a job Zaccheaus handled for much of the season until Crowder returned from injured reserve for the last three games.
