• Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Struggles continue

  Barkley rushed the ball 13 times for 56 yards in Friday's 24-15 loss to the Bears. He did not record a catch on two targets. Barkley was fairly efficient on the ground in a change from his recent form, as six of his 13 carries went for at least five yards. However, with the Eagles trailing for much of the game, Barkley saw limited volume, leading to a muted stat line. He also failed to record a reception in a game for the first time this season. Overall, this marked Barkley's ninth performance in 12 games this season with 60 rushing yards or fewer, and he hasn't found the end zone since Week 8.

Barkley opened Week 13 prep with a limited walkthrough Tuesday and followed it up with a capped practice Wednesday due to a groin injury. However, his full walkthrough Thursday paves the way for him to continue to lead the Eagles' ground attack Friday. In three contests since the team's Week 9 bye, Barkley has turned 69 touches into 265 yards from scrimmage and no touchdowns.

  Barkley (groin) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Barkley was also listed as limited during Tuesday's walkthrough session, meaning he will have one more opportunity to upgrade his practice level Thursday, at which point the Eagles will decide whether to assign him an official injury designation for Friday's game against the Bears. It's entirely possible, of course, that the team is simply managing Barkley's reps while facing a short week of preparation. He carried the ball 10 times for 22 yards and secured seven of eight targets for 52 yards during the team's Week 12 loss to the Cowboys. Barkley also lost one fumble versus Dallas.

• Eagles' Saquon Barkley: MNF: 101 yards from scrimmage

  Barkley took 22 carries for 60 yards while catching all three of his targets for 41 yards in Monday's 10-7 win over the Packers. Barkley used the Eagles' bye week to fully recover from a minor groin injury suffered at the tail end of a Week 8 win over the Giants. The 28-year-old superstar was stymied on the ground by Green Bay's defense, but he still reached the century mark in total yards with an efficient night as a receiver. Barkley has been an obvious disappointment when comparing his 2025 results to his MVP-caliber campaign last year, but he's still producing a solid fantasy season with 779 total yards and six touchdowns through nine starts. The reigning Super Bowl champions will stick in a primetime slot for a Week 11 matchup against the Lions on Sunday Night Football.

  Barkley (groin) was a full practice participant Thursday. Barkley tweaked his groin at the end of a 28-yard run in the Eagles' last game Week 8 against the Giants, but after the team's Week 9 bye, he has no practice restrictions whatsoever. He thus is poised to resume leading Philadelphia's backfield Monday at Green Bay on the heels of his first 100-yard effort on the ground this season (150, to be exact).
