• Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Held in check after injury scare

  Barkley rushed the ball 19 times for 65 yards in Sunday's 27-13 win over the Steelers. He added two receptions on two targets for nine yards. Barkley missed nearly the entire second quarter with an undisclosed issue, though he handled 12 carries in the final two quarters to alleviate any injury concerns. It still wasn't a spectacular showing, as he was largely held in check by the Steelers, with the only exception being a 22-yard gain late in the first quarter. Barkley was also denied a touchdown for the second consecutive game, though he should have a chance to bounce back in Week 16 against the Commanders.

  Barkley rushed 23 times for 107 yards and a touchdown while catching two of four targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Ravens. Barkley was in the midst of a mediocre performance by his lofty standards with just 65 rushing yards until he broke free for a 25-yard rushing touchdown with 7:56 remaining. That was his fifth rushing touchdown in the past three games and 11th of the season. Barkley also reached 100 rushing yards for the eighth time in 12 games for Philadelphia. The red-hot running back is showing no signs of slowing down ahead of a juicy Week 14 matchup against the leaky Panthers run defense.

  Barkley turned 26 carries into 255 yards and two touchdowns while adding four receptions on as many targets for 47 yards in Sunday's 37-20 win over the Rams. Barkley ran wild on Los Angeles' entire defense from start to finish, setting both a personal and franchise record for most rushing yards in a single game. It was also the first time a running back has scored two 70-plus yard touchdowns in the same game since Jaguars legend Maurice Jones-Drew accomplished the feat against the Titans in 2009, as reported by ESPN.com's Lindsey Thiry. It was also Barkley's fifth game since joining the Eagles in which he's scored two or more touchdowns. Sunday's monster line also set a new high-water mark in rushing yards (1,392) for the seven-year pro with six games left on the schedule. Barkley is looking like the fantasy MVP heading into next Sunday's tilt at Baltimore.

  I have Barkley projected for two more points in half PPR than any other back. He's gone over 25 Fantasy points in three of his last six games and is averaging a league-high 22 touches per game. In cash games he should be the chalk at running back and he's worth it.

  Barkley rushed 26 times for 146 yards and two touchdowns while bringing in two of three targets for 52 yards in the Eagles' 26-18 win over the Commanders on Thursday night. Barkley was the unequivocal team MVP for the Eagles on the night, with his 23- and 39-yard touchdown runs just 20 seconds apart in the fourth quarter pushing Philadelphia's lead from two to 16 points. The veteran back's yardage tally was actually only his fourth highest of the season, a testament to the caliber of his first Eagles campaign to date. Barkley's receiving yardage total was a season best, however, and he now has three multi-TD efforts and 1,137 rushing yards over 10 games heading into a favorable Week 12 road matchup against the Rams on Sunday night, Nov. 24.
